Today a gentleman works here we asked for a soy chi and said clearly with soy milk had regular milk we asked to get it changed got mad we clearly asked it with soy milk if he doesn't want to work there why work there if he isn't going to do his job correctly let me do it instead he was wearing a mask I wasn't able to see the name these workers get paid to do simple job throw a fit when it's done wrong if you've listen the first time there wouldn't be a mistake. These workers need better training or something

One the worst starbucks my wife and I been too. It's our third time been there and every time, it's aways been terrible experience with our drinks. When you ask for extra hot, you ecept a sleeve for your drink, no they say it cost .10 cent. Today I received a drink tast sour. We will never go back this starbucks.

I love Starbucks and usually order from this location because it's close to work. But I am willing to drive out of my way to another location due to bad service. I always order ahead on the app so I can just run in and out( because I am always running late but can't live without my Starbucks) but this last time I went was the last straw. My drink wasn't ready but ok I said I'll wait. Once she sat my drink down and called my name I was surprised to see it was only half full. 7 something for a venti when she only gave me a tall worth. I was in too much of a hurry to make a fuss so I just grabbed my drink and left. Ps. And no it ain't because the fom settled I literally saw her make it. An no it ain't because I ordered it without ice or anything weird like that. I refuse to pay full price for half the drink. Will not be happy going back to this location.

I usually come through the drive thru but today decided to walk in! My sister is vegan and we asked for help deciding what she could order. Tori (i believe that was her name) at the register went above and beyond and helped us create a delicious vegan holiday drink!! so thankful and everything was tasty as usual. happy holidays!
