I drove out of my way to get a coffee because I believe the place was open due to yelp advertising. They were open however they were not open. I'm sick of misinformation on Yelp. It's wasting my time.

Staff are nice enough, but I came specifically to write a review because this place is f@&$ing filthy - floors, tables, countertops, everything. Crumbs, goo, spills. They have three staff, and one of them could take 30 seconds with a wet cloth and wipe shit down. And it's early in the am. This mess was created today.

Often out of ingredients and staff is usually unfriendly. I’ve had exactly one barista who was super kind, and I shop at Target often, almost always stopping to grab drink on the way in or out.Very confused at today’s interaction, as I tried to order a drink from the official menu (iced London fog) and they said they couldn’t make it because “it wouldn’t taste right” since tea doesn’t steep well in cold water. It’s obvious this staff is not well trained nor well versed in how the drinks are made.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS. Even if you’re looking for a coffee to shop with, I recommend stopping somewhere else first!!! Not only were the girls working incredibly rude, my drink was made wrong and health code policies were not being followed (e.g. please don’t stick your fingers inside cups when grabbing them or touch people’s food with your bare hands). I had ordered a black cold brew, with no sweetener, but was given a sweetened cold brew. One girl tried to argue with me, saying they come with vanilla and wouldn’t remake it. After repeatedly telling her I asked for it black and wanted no sweetener, and that I would like a remake she told me that’s how they come and snarkily asked if I worked at Starbucks and knew more than her. Luckily, I was able to tell her I’ve been a partner for almost 7 years and that I know recipe standards and remake policies, which seemed to put her in her place and shut down her attitude as she finally remade it. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I don’t think I will visit a Target Starbucks again after today.Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian breakfast (Impossible Sandwich, Spinach Feta Wrap, Egg White Bites, and Kale Egg Bites) and lunch options (Grilled Cheese & Tomato Mozzarella)Dietary restrictions: Starbucks does a good job offering options that cater to dietary restrictions with a few gluten free (although sadly not certified gluten free) and vegetarian and vegan options! There’s lots of non-dairy alternatives, but be sure to ask your barista about certain syrups and sauces (e.g. white mocha and pumpkin both contain dairy!) if dairy is an issue!

Watered down coffee. Didn’t have the normal Starbucks vanilla syrup. Overcharged me when I asked for half and half and vanilla syrup in my iced coffee. A swap does not cost more anywhere else. When I protested she made some meek excuse.Coffee was way too watered down and the slight amount of half and half made it so pale. It went it the trash. Waste of $5.50My credit card statement said “little cafe” so I don’t think this place is a real Starbucks all things considered. Avoid and go to the nitro cold brew guy around the corner.

Anne was absolutely wonderful! I can tell she loves meeting new people, and is very friendly to my partners service dog! she always greets us with a good attitude, and is one of personal favorite people now!Wheelchair accessibility: their wheelchair Accessibility could be a little better, but they have a wheelchair accessible table, for those who need it! it can easily fit 4 wheelchairs, is the perfect height, and very spacious! overall, I'll be back with my partner, who uses a wheelchair

Not only did I get a weird look from the barista when I walked up. But they looked dead at me as if I hwas a inconvenience to be there, and without saying hello, welcome, anything at all continued wiping down a counter and rinsing off a towel and without washing hands comes over and asked me what I like, I go to order and they don’t have a simple ingredient such as vanilla. It is my first time visiting this location as I was in the area dropping off a friend at work, but not only did the service and customer service suck but you don’t have a simple ingredient such as vanilla.

Ladies, we’re absolutely rude, they gave me an awful look when I didn’t gave no tip, also when ordering they did not have venti cups. And while getting my order, my coffee tasted like sh-it! And waiting on my cheese danishes were cold when asked to warm up. Anyways I will be stopping here anymore when I shop in the Co. Mills.

OMG I have to say the staff ( a lady is so rude)When I ordered a drink and I customized with 7 scoops of strawberries cause I really like it. I am happy to pay for that but the lady staff in there spoke so loudly that “ 7.. scoops??” And then once she made the drink she continually counted loudly “1,2,3,4,5..6,7 ..scoops “ and then she brought the drink to the pickup encounter she talked loudly again the drink with 7 scoops of dragon fruit”..I am standing in front of her face and there is no customer in there. just only me picked the drinkI am a loyal Starbuck customer for a long time, but it is the first time I had the worst service like that. I will chat with Starbuck manager about that. Hope that they will be better
