Stood in line for 15 min before even taken my order and there was only 2 people in front of me and then it took and other 15 to even get my food. The workers there didn’t seem to care how long they took to make sandwich’s and they looked like they didn’t even how to do there job. DO BETTER!

They do not pick up their phone, I have called multiple times, they have messed up one of the sandwiches I ordered and did not deliver one of the other sandwiches. I have tried calling multiple times to try correcting the order. Answer your phone to the restaurant, you are a restaurant with a wide variety of customers. You could answer your phone

Sandwiches were made wrong. Tried to call no one would answer. Mailbox was full. Got a generic email saying sorry. No personal contact whatsoever and no resolution to fix what was wrong. They do not care about their customers and do not care to fix their mistakes. Will not go here again. It was

Quality sandwhiches and great service! We ordered a pickup for two 12 inches, chips, and a couple of cookies. My oven roasted turkey, and ham was so delicious and made with pride, for sure. I ate it too fast and didn't get a picture. The other sandwich, a spicy italian, was picture perfect, as well, and just as delicious! Whoever was working today was excellent and deserves a raise! Cheers!

So just had a bad experience. Ordered meatball sub at Subway. They had no meatballs heated. So I waited for them to heat them. Then the guy, not the girl, touched the meatball with his fingers with no protection to see if it was still frozen after heating it. Then they asked what I wanted on it, I said lettuce. They didn't have any out. So I waited again. Then I said onion. They didn't have any out so I waited again. This is happening on December 13th at 6:50pm. Then two people came in after me and they didn't have one of the meats for their sandwich. I guess the owners don't care about selling sandwiches. Plus gross, just gross!

The burned out looking employee at this store,was rude to me and gave me a hard time about giving him a coupon.i will not recommend this store.i will never go back here again!
In short, my order was placed online. I talked to her trying and showing her that my phone was not updating her order, asking her if she would be so kind as to prepare it or give me some solution. She was indifferent and stated that until the machine gave her an order she would not prepare it, showing a hostile position. This lasted several minutes because of a process one does to save time. It wasn't until another employee approached and magically asked me my name, surprise, the order was ready in all this time. How sad I feel for that girl that God sold her soul here.

Absolutely disgusting. I came around 5:30 pm today. And every section of the food was filthy, frozen veggies, the lettuce looked weeks old. One of the employees were out there smoking. Honestly they need to come check this out and see why it’s so dirty.
