Since my original plans to eat at Tstreet a couple of days ago were changed, I was happy to be able to eat there yesterday for lunch. I had the salmon, croquettes and caramelized brussels sprouts as appetizers. They were both absolutely out of this world for the presentation as well as the taste. Additionally, I enjoyed a peach mule for the very first time. It was so tasty! If I’m ever in that area again, I definitely would love to return here.

I am not one for ever bashing a local business but how can I not? I have attempted to go to this restaurant twice since moving to Lakewood. Didn’t get to try anything but lukewarm water as I have never been able to order there. I have waited anywhere from 20-45 minutes to get someone to serve me and my small party. It was entertaining though watching one of the female staff members ripping shots though. Super professional. Also seeing a nasty chef coat as a first impression from a server doesn’t give me much confidence in his hygiene or the ability to serve good quality food.I have no anticipation of a resolution or even a single care whatsoever. I have told the front desk twice now. Too bad you won’t last in an economy like this.

We went for Valentines day, which was unfortunate timing for us, but we did a return trip about a week later thanks to Jessica, and the food is always incredible. We loved it, the spare ribs were super soft, the beet salad is incredible, and the peach cobbler was delectable. Will be coming here every now and again.

If you want to spend this kind of money on a menu that makes no sense, but with actual decent service and food that justifies the price, just drive to Cherry Creek and eat at Hillstone. I have no idea who this restaurant is for or what anyone sees in it. Atrocious service, inconsistent pricing (how is a French dip $21, but buffalo chicken mac and cheese $28? Is your kitchen manager ok? You know beef costs substantially more than noodles and chicken breast, right?), and it has that fake hospitality, but clearly hyper-corporate feeling of being a part of a soulless restaurant group. Spoiler alert: of course it is.I'm a bartender, I get that good help is hard to find, but at least find someone that wants to work there and can follow proper steps of service in a timely and efficient manner. If you need me to come train your front of house I'd be happy to consult for Vibe Concepts, or whatever dumb name you call yourselves, pro bono. Who the hell seats a 3 top reservation at a high top bar table on a Wednesday night with a half empty dining room?Chains were huge in the 90s. Restaurant groups have become the new chain restaurant. An absolute scourge on a damaged industry. There's no heart, soul, or passion with places like this. It's all going through the motions with a scowl. For real though.. I can't shake how awful my server was tonight. I. Do. The. Same. Thing. For. A. Living. Take your attitude and apathy to Chili's.
