I asked for no ice and I was refused. Yet I asked for bbq sauce and I get a handful when I only need one. Apparently the GM doesn't allow no ice in drinks even though people may have sensitive teeth. Why be stingy about your syrup and wasteful with other items. No need to return here.

This is my neighborhood wendys. I just dropped in to use the restroom today. Which it's nice because they let me.But I can tell you, they always get my order right. I get the bacon and cheese potato with sour cream, butter, salt and pepper most wendys leave out the extras but charge anyway. Not my wendys. So they get a five across the board every single time. And it's always clean and the staff is friendly.

Friendly people and Hot fries. You don't get that @ every Wendy's anymore.
Everything was good until the cashier handled my food without her washing her hands after touching my money. Her hands touched our french fries ? I mean, her whole hand covered our fries. I mentioned that to her all she said you're right. So I grab our fries and put the fries in the bag myself. Nasty!!!
Really 50/50 at this location. The lady that works primarily mornings is great and the lady that also works at grocery store is very nice. Otherwise I have gotten some attitude and weird experiences from other staff.

I really like this Wendy's. The woman that is up front at the counter has always been so wonderful for years. The only thing that is a little bit off is the staff in the back cuss and have conversations that are not customer friendly. I do eat there once a week as their food is great.
Worst Wendy’s. They’ve closed the lobby for some unknown reason. So all of the delivery drivers have to go through the drive-thru, which would be fine if it wasn’t an hour long. Really poor management and customer experience.

Did a drive-through on a Tuesday at 11:30 AM. Got a single cheeseburger and a drink. The burger was dry and lukewarm and I don’t think it had seen the grill for quite some time. Not fresh at all. The coldness of the condiments made it that much worse. Big disappointment.
