Went in for dinner on St Patrick’s day and had maybe the worst service I’ve ever received. We sat at the bar. Bartender came and took my boyfriend’s drink order, but I said I needed one more minute. She left, made his drink, brought it back and then walked away. Flagged her down after 5 minutes to order a drink and we ordered food at the same time. She didn’t say a single word to us the rest of the time, but was busy telling another bar patron about her car issues (I think he was a mechanic) and then texting her husband, and then doing car bombs with the other staff members. She was also CONSTANTLY touching her hair which is gross when you work behind the bar. We didn’t get waters, have anyone check to make sure the food was good after it was brought out by the kitchen, or have anyone come by to reorder drinks. Finally a manager who was sitting at a nearby table with a group came and cleared our places and brought the check. We were essentially ignored the entire time. It was my first and last time going there.

I waited a little bit to write this review after we left. Cool down a little bit. This goes in the category of why do we have to leave Lakewood to get a good meal. Burger. $16 for a forgettable burger and a few lukewarm fries. I'm the fool. Maybe there was some iceburg lettuce on there? Not sure. My dining partner's Caesar Salad? A sticky mess, the most disgusting salad I've seen and tasted. So much dressing you could not tell what you are eating. The salad alone shows that whoever is in the back of the house doesn't give two ships about what they are putting out. That's a shame because it reflects on the front of staff. Never again.

This tap and grill has the best food! I was shocked. The Reuben was amazing with thick and tender corned beef. We got the onion rings and was so happy to get thick cuts of onion and a thin beer batter.

Food was as expected for a sports bar. We had several shared appetizers, all of them good. Drinks were good and not expensive.

Returned after several years and glad that we did! Had an appetite for fish and chips, which was satisfied in very good fashion - and the apple cobbler a-la-mode was excellent, too.

Loved everything we got: Umami Mac and cheese, burgers, breakfast burrito, nachos, and BBQ chicken salad. Service was friendly and food came out in the expected/typical amount of time.

Awesome local spot for a quick bite to eat! We are excited about their Wednesday night prime rib happy hour. They offer trivia, and the place is pretty big so we have never had too long of a wait. Usually great service. Lots of beers on tap- try the green chili tots!!!!

I will start this review on the positive side of things, and that was our server “Savanna”, who did a very good job even though it was noticeably under staffed, and we tipped her a very nice $20, and gave her a 5 star rating on service . But that’s where it ends, and it goes downhill from there. Yelp reviews ranked “WestRail” fairly good for their burgers, but I would be in for a big disappointment. I ordered the “Umami Tsunami” burger, but it was a complete “dud”, with a miniscule amount of mushrooms and candied bacon covered by a thin slice of cheese. Can you say dry? At first I thought they may have brought me the wrong order, but on inspection it was correct. I literally drank a full glass of water and half my beer just to get this bomb into my stomach, along with reluctantly putting some ketchup on it halfway through it. Umami means “essence of deliciousness”, but this burger was far from that. The usage of Tsunami in this burgers name I would assume means “overwhelming quantities or amounts”, but it was the complete opposite of that. So long story short, we won’t be heading back there anytime soon.

Had an amazing experience today catching up with an old friend. What was especially nice was that the good music was not too loud for our conversations. Food was really good. Ordered the Ruben sandwich. Very tender meat and perfect mix of kraut, sauce, meat. Recommended beer was excellent! Service couldn't have been better! Friendly, efficient waitress! Atmosphere was great. Ample Room between tables, clean, well set up bar. Highly recommend.

The food at the restaurant in person looks tastes a lot better and because you get it right away the food would delivery took 2 × 4 to come, so now I'm not impressed. And I asked for a large Coke, they gave me a small one but yet I'd pay for a large they're only giving me 8 oz they. There's something wrong with what they do; I don't know if they're trying to save money or charge extra for something that's not there, but I'm not impressed. No, it's not impressed at all

I typically can’t stand Mac & Cheese but if it was all as good as this place, I’d say I love it! Really good green chili too!
