Ordered on the app. Good thing I did because they were swamped last night. When I arrived it looked like an in-n-out behind the counter.. there were about 10 employees all working together and fast. First time in forever where the corn was perfect and so were the wings. Best location in the Lakewood

I place and order for pick up an hour and 15 min ahead of time. I understand places can be busy. When I went to pick it up. The cashier asked the cooks for order was ready. ( there are 5 cool) no one was doing anything but standing around chatting over a fake bill someone had taken. My ticket was hanging ready to process. I waited an additional 20 min. On one hand I suppose it’s fresh. Just frustrating when there are more staff than orders coming in.

Which is a problem, even if you got as big ears as I do.Luckily, the lass on staff knew the order I took, in spite of the popularity of the place, made a point to find and serve my food personally. Do not come here! They charged me twice. I swiped one card, then made me swipe multiple times. I tried getting a refund! And they declined!!!!! Scammers. They tried to blame my bank, but they have a cheap system, this place needs to be fixed.

This was easily the worst customer service experience I've had with a restaurant. They left out half of our order and refused to refund us, or deliver the missing food. How? Stay away. Stay far, far away.
