Nice people but it's a push button coffee shop. Yet another McDonald's of coffee variant.Edit: So I see no means of replying to owner post, so I will do it here. The fact they posted is admirable. Their coffee isn't up to coffee shop standards though - they have push button machines and it's the quality you'd get from a good vending machine. Which is fine, they are clearly not aimed at coffee drinkers, but rather "coffee drink" drinkers. Which is probably what most of their customers are looking for. For those who care about espresso though this would be a poor choice.

They did not completely put the lid on my cup going through the drive thru so it spilled all over inside my car. I was then handed 3 napkins to clean it up 20 Oz of spilled coffee. Not worth ever going back.

I enjoy visiting Ziggy's coffee shop, but I have had some negative experiences with one particular employee. This employee, who has half green hair, has taken tips from me without permission in the past. During my most recent visit, I watched her make my drink and noticed that she did not properly make my drink pouring real caramel in the cup and then rinsed my cup with water, and left real caramel in the bottom, and proceeded to make my drink. Additionally, she has a poor attitude and, unfortunately, the negative vibes seem to be present with other employees as well.

I've been going here just over 2 years and this is my favorite coffee shop. Everyone working is always so friendly and helpful. They always put me in a great mood. I order a variety of drinks from their energy infusions to smoothies and hot/iced/blended coffee drinks and I have never disliked anything! All the food options are also tasty, the only criticism I could offer is I wish there were more savory vegetarian food available (used to have a Cesar salad I loved and a veggie breakfast sandwich would be great).

I normally like Ziggies, I will get their drip coffee and maybe a gluten free sandwich. However today I got a caramel macchiato that was so horrendous I was compelled to go out of my way to give an otherwise awesome place a 2 star review. The drink was atrocious, an actual atrocity. It felt gritty and was straight up just creme and sugar. Completely different than what a macchiato is. I drank about half of it before dumping it and the drink made me feel sick. I’m curious how many calories my drink was and I’m assuming it was 800+ calories of creme and sugar. Absolutely horrible, horrible, awfulness.
