Drove out of my way to go here because I had a full punch/loyalty card. Employees refused to honor it though there was no expiration date, saying it would “come out of the owner’s pocket.” Poor customer service, just go to Starbucks.

I've had coffee before and loved it. Today, the wait was over 10 minutes, and both cups of coffee were almost cold and tasted old. I asked for one cup with cream and they put in double sugar, no cream. And the price with tip was obscene.

We avoid this location whenever possible. The food is alright, but the prices are way too high for consistently inconsistent service. It seems like every other order is incorrect in some way.For the record, I don't hold the woefully understaffed teenagers at this location to blame. They're always doing the best they can with limited staff and resources. I'm assuming the owner of this location is wildly incompetent. Hopefully ownership transitions to someone who knows what they're doing.
