This is a food truck that opens until 3 and is parked outside Sinclairs gas station. I tried the pulled beef torta with green sauce. You have the option of getting red sauce which is spicier. It came with jalapeño, onion and refried beans. It was made with a soft small baguette. I thought the meat was a bit too salty and the bread was unconventional for a torta. They sell enchiladas, Mexican packaged desserts and something that looks like a Mexican salad or nachos on top of pasta looking fried swirls called durritos. Even though it was a food truck I still left smelling like food (the way you would if you were to dine in at Hot Pot city or something).
