Maybe it's all about the pastries for folks here..Breakfast burrito was small, pretty expensive, powdered exterior, and not very flavorful. Tortillas bland.I would treat this as a bakery only in the future.. Maybe just me. Pay cash to save $.

We stopped in Limon to eat but did not want to eat at a fast food chain. The Hipster bakery provides breakfast sandwiches, paninis, drinks and DOUGHNUTS! We ate outside in the Colorado sun. What a wonderful place to stop while we were on the road!

Good espresso and great breakfast burritos! Made fresh with nicely slightly spicy sausage. Baked goods less good - donut and cinnamon roll a bit dried out. But definitely a welcome stop on a cross country drive through.

Great little spot for lunch! We had the ham and roast beef deli sandwiches on sour dough. Really fresh ingredients and so tasty! The inclosed cookie was delicious and a great treat. A wonderful change from all the chain fast food places in the area. Take the detour thru town to find The Hipster…you won’t be disappointed!

Locally owned small business, the owners are lovely, and food was great.I really wanted to try a cinnamon roll. They were out of them. Darn it.But stop by to eat there!I would love to come back by, but I'm back home in Oregon now. Next time I'm going that direction I will definitely stop. I'll call first tho to make sure you have some!

We got several items this morning. I got the breakfast buritto. I was pleased to see it was made with a homemade tortilla. Other than the potatoes needing a little salt the flavor and green chilis were really good. The amount of egg, sausage, potatoe, and cheese didn't match the price. It is on the smaller side.

AMAZING!!!! Do your self a flavor and stop here. Their French Toasted Doughnut was the best thing I've eaten in a while. Also their coffee is good and the prices are great. WeStopped here on our way to run a blood drive and everything tye team got was delicious. We are so happy we stopped here. Keep it up The Hipstir Wagon, your doing it right. ?

Above average food. The owners obviously like cooking for people and have a feel for what makes food good. It doesn't look like much, you can count good food.

Food truck with great food! Free off street parking. Bathroom. If I lived here, I would definitely go back. Ordered a Turretin because we never heard of it.

While traveling through Colorado, we decided to stop in Limon for a quick breakfast. We found the 'Hipster Wagon' when searching for restaurant options (there are very few in Limon). It is a cute food truck with take-out and both a small indoor & outdoor seating available. We ordered several Breakfast Sandwiches, the French Toasted Donut, and the Breakfast Burrito. All were tasty & we were back on the road in record time!

Stayed the night in Limon and saw Hipstir on our way in. Was quite excited to stop by in the morning for coffee and breakfast! We were able to create our own omelet which was terrific! Both dishes were wonderful and the lattes were perfect! Highly recommend

Advertised opening is 5:45 AM. Arrived about 6 AM and crew was just parking food prep trailer. No sense of urgency to open when crew arrived. Ordered coffee and received Americano without any explanation coffee wasn't ready - it was a mediocre cup of Americano/coffee. Donuts may be great, but they were only being made as we waited for the "coffee".

The Monte Cristo and Blackberry Italian Soda were fabulous. The kids enjoyed the grilled cheese and quesadilla.
