The cashier was outstanding, Sadie. Fresh smiling and greeted us as we (my wife and I) as we came in- very upbeat. Not comin these days. The server also called our name and said thank you. The interior was clean and current- very nice. Great job to the owner.

This Arby's is great. The workers at the register and assembling for were nice and got my order right. Everything came out exactly as it should and tasted delicious. I'll be back.

Ordered through the app. Tried to order a sandwich without certain toppings. When I got there they didn't say anything just gave me the bag. So once I got home I saw they could not satisfy the requests to remove stuff from the sandwich. Went back and they didn't try to help at all. They just told me that's how it is. So then I asked for a refund for just the sandwich that was wrong and they told me they couldn't help me. They told me to call this number and see if they could help me. Terrible customer service.

I ordered the new big game burger in the drive thru, and was told to go park at Chipotle and they would bring out my order. It only took a few minutes, but my burger was over cooked, dry and overall a gray color. I should of just ordered Chipotle.
