Terrible customer service. Said our coupon was not valid but T-Mobile said code was good up until the day after. The management was extremely unflexible and forced us to spend a minimum amount when the coupon specifically said it was a $7 credit. Ended up leaving without picking up our food due to their inflexibility. The lobby was not open because of understaffing. Do not eat there...just a waste of time.

I used to go to Boston market frequently some years ago, so I decided to go in on their anniversary because they were having specials on their food, I noticed the building looks a little worn and I walk in and there was just a few people inside the upkeep wasn't great but the workers were very friendly and helpful. I don't know if all locations are the same or not but this one looks like it can use a breath of fresh air, the food was not that great.. I got a roasted chicken mashed potatoes with gravy and some kind of creamed spinach that the worker said was delicious. I get home make myself a plate and I was really disappointed because the chicken was eh, mashed potatoes were decent but the gravy tasted like one of those gravy packs you can get at Walmart and watery, and last but not least the cream spinach went straight into the trash it smelled and tasted like s***. I also ordered pumpkin pie and apple pie.. the pumpkin pie definitely needed some whipped cream, and the apple pie was actually delicious. I'm kind of feeling bad for this company because I remember the food used to be so good.. I don't know what's going on nowadays with the food and the business, but it's not what it used to be.

I love close by so I've tried this Boston Market several times and I can honestly say GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Every time I go they are missing at least one of the meats they should offer. Tonight they opened with such a low amount of chicken and turkey that they were gone before 7pm. There's no excuse to open if you don't have enough food to sell. I don't think the owner cares about his customers at all because even when they do have the meats in stock, they're rarely fresh tasting and look like they've been sitting a long while. I can't recommend you avoid this Boston Market enough.

If I could rate negative 5 I would, I'm going to start with the worst first, I ordered and payed for 3 meals but the 3rd one needed to be made which isn't a big deal, when it came out they refused to give us food and it got to the point where they were swearing at me and the people I came with. The food we did get was cold, not room temperature, but actually cold, this place was completely hostile and highly recommended AGAINST coming to this place

As I drove up to building to go through drive through my gut said go some place else, no cars in lot, building looks worn down. But I ordered anyway, they were always good for chicken. Not tonight, burnt chicken, old corn bread, the mashed potatoes were good.

Absolutely disgusting. This place is filthy and so are the people who work in here. Ordered our food and realized that no one wears gloves and they are touching your food so we didn’t eat it. You can’t tel the food has just been sitting out. Never again will we ever be back. So many health code violations at this place

Drove through the drive thru and ordered two rotisserie chicken market bowls. After receiving the food, we realized what we had got were not market bowls, but meals. As in a full piece of rotisserie chicken with a corn bread and two sides. We had ordered thinking it would all be together in a bowl. As we drove back through to confront the workers about the miscommunication, an older lady with a blue shirt, what looked to be a manager, wanted to argue with us stating “there were three headsets on and no one heard market bowl.” We kindly responded with “well is there anyway we can fix this?” And then the lady proceeded to slam the window in our face. We are extremely troubled and confused as to why an employee of a restaurant we so much love had to disrespect us and refuse to help solve the issue. This lady clearly needs better training on respect while serving customers or her job reviewed to learn her lesson. Our frustration has yet been dealt with and we paid a lot more for what we did not order in the first place. I will be getting ahold of corporate so they can review her job and help make this place what is used to be again. Very disappointing… I will not be returning for a very long time if EVER again.

Boston Market does NOT pay their sub contractors for service work done. They hired S Star Electric out of Littleton, CO to do work at several of their locations in the Denver metro area and have not paid their 8 invoices amounting to $12,000. We have submitted paperwork for liens in each county. If you are a contractor, DO NOT do work with them, as you will NOT get paid for your services. Better yet, stay far away from Boston Market Corporation as they don't answer their phone, have their doors locked at the corporate office in Golden, while employees are inside, and have zero contact information on social media. Hopefully this review will help them understand how hurtful they are to other companies that have provided services for them.

I haven't been to a Boston Market in years because of bad experiences in past, and thought I'd give it another shot by ordering a Chicken Carver. Big mistake! First of all I could barely understand the guy working the restaurant as he mumbled, slurred, and only had a few teeth. They were out of all cheeses except the gross Kraft single-slice American cheese, and 50% of their soft drinks at the dispenser had a hand-written "out of order" sign. He only wore a protective glove on one hand (why ???!!!), and he couldn't package the sandwich as it completely fell apart upon opening. I ate the chicken out of the sandwich and had to throw the rest away as it was disgusting. I hope I don't get sick now. Shame on you Boston Market! No wonder there were no other customers and why Boston Market is closing one store after the other.

I used active menu and it was very easy. The restaurant employees were nice. I felt bad for the manager on duty. She had a real angry man that ordered before me. Everything was great for me.

Hands down the Worst fast food experience of my life.The cashier at the drive thu window mean mugged me the entire time and did not speak a single word. Literally stared at me to mean mug me as they took my payment and again as they handed me my food. What did I do to deserve this you might ask? I took too long to decide what I wanted to order with Literally no one in line behind me. They got my order wrong ( was missing food and gravy). Cornbread was cold. I'm convinced they spat in my food so I didnt touch it.

I have tried to connect with your location and corporate office for over a month to no avail. We used my birthday visa gift card especially to order dinner for my husband and i, and the food was dry and not good at all. This experience left me with never wanting to get food from your establishment every againBecause a few months prior to this time the food was great. Not this time. I am so disappointed ?

Didn't even get to order food. Got up to the counter and employees are complaining how busy they are and than when they get to me they are telling me it's going to be a 25 min wait ..... when all the foods out and fresh.... I don't understand nor do I care but this was the last time I come here... what a joke.

5th times a charm. No more. EVERY time I come to this location they are a mess. For the fifth time now they forgot something from my order. I figure that is about 20 bucks worth of missing food at this point so no pint in going back. Steer clear. Food I did get was just OK but my kid liked hers
