Got a deal for a free Whopper from T-Mobile. I figured, why not? What's the worse that could happen.1. I'm waiting in line while other people are ordering and other folks are just being treated rudely before me.2. I had to order using the T-Mobile rewards code in the app and was the worst experience ever. The app kept deleting the promo as I was customizing the whoppers. Eventually I had to ask the manager and she had me delete and start over, which I had done twice already, but I had given up. So having it "my way" wasn't going to happen. I wanted to whoppers WITHOUT ketchup. Manager told all employees at the grill...NO KETCHUP! Twice! And yet, both burger had ketchup.3. As I was waiting,other people were getting their orders and the guy behind the counter was still being rude. Just threw the food on the counter and just called out a number. Didn't acknowledge any of the people at the counter trying to figure out which order # was theirs. Just a huge flustercuck.4. When I finally received my food, I asked for BBQ sauce and was met with a glare as if I had asked for their Xbox account password. It's just BBQ!5. Finally got home and of course found ketchup smothered all inside both burgers, undercooked fries and overcooked stale onions rings.6. My roommate and I are now speaking in a new language of stomach gurgles. And I'm searching for the emergency plumber phone # just in case one of us destroys the bathroom.Suffice to say. Even a free Whopper is not worth the wasted time, the rude customer service and definitely not worth eating.

Placed an order for pickup they gladly took my money. Order was supposed to be ready by noon.showed up and the rude man at the register told me my order was not ready and it would be 20 to 30 minutes longer. What's the point of ordering in advance if you're still waiting? My entire lunch break was ruined spending my whole lunch period waiting on a sandwich that was already paid for

This BK is really nice inside, and it's kept very clean. The staff is friendly and seem to get along great with one another. They were a bit preoccupied talking to each other and forgot to add cheese to my Whooper, but other than that, my food came out fast and was nice and hot. I go to this one because the one that is a bit closer to me (Quincy & Wads) takes forever to acknowledge you, then you wait forever for the food even when there is no one else there ordering or waiting and it's always messy.

This location sucks. I literally went three times to get the order right. They gave me wrong item. They seem very unprofessional and the lady seemed to be rude. Never ever will go there again. Wasted all my time to just get an order right.
As I was paying for my food, one of the girls that was bagging the food, box, the chicken fries, walked around to grab a bag, grabbed her ponytail looked at the end of her hair, then walked to the french fries added the french fries to the containers, bagged the french fries into the bag. I told the kid at the window that she shouldn’t be touching her hair while she’s touching the food and the response I got from him was oh she’s the store manager. I attempt to call as soon as I’m pulling away from the drive-through, I got no answer. If she is the store manager I can only imagine what else is being done at this location. If you ask me that is very very unprofessional, touching hair and then touching food. Be careful what you order through drive-through if you’re not paying attention definitely not a happy customer right now, knowing I just paid for food, and it was touched by someone touching her hair!!!!!

This morning I woke up and have vomited like no other and the back side is still gross. I am miserable. Don't eat here. Omg. And, yes, it was the burger king. Know one speaks English here. That's the number one problem. If you live in the USA you have to assimilate to work in service. That means working at a restaurant you have speak functional English. No I'm not a racist but I am a person of color. My ancestors did it why don't we have the same standards today? People are to soft and sensitive.

So I ordered The BK Shroom n' Swisse Melt which specifys what you should be receiving below? What i received was 2 burgers w/swiss cheese & mushrooms w/non toasted bread; basically 2 pieces of white bread and no onions! you see the commercials on TV and you never get what you should expect. Haven't been to BK in a very long time and never will again!Burger King’s Shroom n' Swiss Melt features two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties (2 oz each) for ¼ lb. of pre-cooked patty weight, melty Swiss cheese, roasted mushrooms, and Royal Onion Sauce on two slices of toasted bread.THIS WAS THE BK AT QUINCY & WADSWORTH!!
