They gave the absolute minimum effort. The cake I received was an exact replica of the inspiration cake I provided without any of the other discussed changes. I anticipated this letdown because the lady who took the order could not have sounded more uninterested in this order. Glad they have satisfied other customers but missed the mark entirely with this one.

The most incredible birthday cake for my mother’s 80th birthday. We asked for a fiesta theme and marble cake. It was amazing. One of the best cakes we have ever had!!! Made the party complete!
They did an amazing job on my wife's cake! I called and ordered "a white cake with white frosting and some blue flowers." That's all I said. This is what I got! It was far beyond expectation and so fluffy it was like eating a delicious cloud! Definitely going back year after year. The ladies were amazing help. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

In the effort to support a small business I started buying cookies and cupcakes for different events at this store. Honestly, I think the products are fine, the cookies could be better decorated (sometimes they don't look professionally done) and there is nothing special about them. The customer service could be better, there is a young girl working there ( I would assume she is the daughter of the owner because I cannot believe she continues to be employed there) I have bought things in different opportunities and I can say she is ill-mannered, rude and unaccommodating. In times where small businesses are struggling they should take better care of their customers. After the last interaction with this girl I decided this bakery is not worth it and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Cakes Amore did the most amazing job! We used them for a 3 year old birthday party. It was unbelievable what they were able to do with a 3D cake. We will use them for all of our cakes. Not only was the cake so cute but it was delicious as well. Thank you Cakes Amore!
