Every time I have ordered from here the rice is still hard and never fully cooked. 4 times in a row this has happened. Staff look miserable. They close at 9pm but they will have chairs up and shop closing up at 8:30pm. Online ordering is a joke. Avoid this location.

The workers were extremely rude. They gave half scoop of everything and didn’t give me water cups. Service overall terrible. Came at 11:30 on a Tuesday. Messed up my order and overcharged me as well which I didn’t realize until after.

This place is garbage. I have been eating this location for 20 years in the last five have been terrible. I am not sure why I put myself through the torture of thinking it might be better each time I go. Can tell by looking at the food if you will regret it for the next two days or not. The dining room is disgustingly dirty every single time. Not a single clean table yet with zero customers in there no one has time to clean the tables. I think I’m done with chipotle forever.

Worst customer service/unfriendly employees. Waiting for nearly 10 minutes in line (no one in front of me) and was not even acknowledged. Yes, they were making online orders, which I understand, but not a single employee made eye contact or said “we will be with you soon”. I left and I don’t plan to be back to this location.

This Chipotle is probably the worst we have ever been to. The workers are completely disengaged but can’t really blame them. Management is nonexistent. We went at 5pm on a Friday and they were out of guacamole and fajitas and made no effort to make more and seemed very annoyed. When we went home I found a significant amount of steak in my vegetarian bowl. Very disappointing

95 percent of the time, the new teenage staff they just hired can't properly roll a burrito to save their lives. Especially if you have a lot of toppings in it. Then when you ask them to double wrap it, they look at you like you just stole their lunch money. The only reason I've gone here is because it's the closest one to my house. However the next closest one is at Arapahoe and I25, at that one I can get the biggest burrito I want and the people there have absolutely no problems rolling it right the first time. I recommend that one over this one on University 100 percent. Unless you don't mind going into a place that has a new group of kids working every week that just mope around like they don't care. Although it does make sense in a way, as this is also their target audience since they're right next to a highschool, as if they feel they can get away with it seeing as how this clientele has few, if any standards.

Don’t online order here. They do not listen to your instructions and are not timely. Asked for extra rice beans and lettuce and got none of the above extra. Annoying—why even ask. Am a frequent chipotle customer but will not come back here. Also don’t offer to be ready in 10 minutes if it won’t be. If you schedule an order expect it to be ready 5-10 minutes late
