Placed an order for takeout and over half the order was missing. Drove back to pick up the remaining missing order and the staff was unprofessional and rude. And they still got the order wrong. I love chipotle but this location is not a good one. Drive to another location. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other chipotle.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. A burger fills your stomach more than the food quantity they put in the bowl. Was not worth the price at this particular store.
2 out of 2 ridiculous experiences. Do not order from this location. Always charged for all items ordered, plus a good tip. However, only 1/3 of the ordered items are provided. 2 times in a row, months apart. Complete waste of time and money. This company makes it challenging to speak to a human for support, automation does not always cut it. Take your money elsewhere.

I would give this location a 0 if I could. The portioning was laughable. Had to ask for extra scoops of pretty much everything. Aside from that, it was clear that everything was old. The Guac was brown and old. The steak was cold along with the rice. There were 5 employees all probably ages 15-17. No customer service. A long line and one person on register while the other was on the line. You will not catch me dining at this location again. Chipotle is too expensive of a fast food to have horrible quality. Took a few bites of my bowl when I got home and immediately stopped eating. Tasted old and gross, disappointing.

I have never been to this location before and I will never go back again. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a chipotle. From customer service to food portions to efficiency of staff. There’s a chipotle around the corner from this one. Go there.
