This location is not good!! I got a classic Cinnabon 6 pack and they barely put any frosting on them. They ask you if you want to buy more frosting. If I’m paying $22 for a pack of Cinnabons there should be a good amount on them. I will never come to this location again. Hopefully the others are not like this one. Cinnabon used to be real good with the food and service, now it’s not.

Stopped in for a 4 pack and just have not been happy with them. These used to be da bomb! It has been years since I had one but these are different. The frosting was heavier and over sweet and the rolls were not baked properly. Hadn't finished rising and didn't bake long enough. The young man at the counter was very nice but was the only one there and was pretty overwhelmed. Sad to say I probably won't buy them again.

Few things I would like to say, cold brew was very bland for a cold brew. Cinnabon roll. looked like it was sitting out there since morning. Service was very poor, damn bro one of the house dude everything was very dirty.

Came 15 minutes after opening, told they weren't open. Asked if they were selling buns in the window, they said yes, asked for my order. I gave it and they just stood there. Waited again, nothing happened. Poor service, communication and representation of the Cinnabon brand.

Unfortunately unpredictable opening and closing times and sometimes nobody's there to run the place, so you wait a long time without anyone letting you know they're on break or will return soon, but their cinnamon rolls are so addictingly delicious!!

Cinnabons were great. Service was bad. They only had 1 person working for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s Pretzel. She was on the phone the entire time we were there, obviously on a personal call.
I think these pictures speak for themselves. Zoom in if your dare! I would be cautious of eating anything that comes out if this unsanitary establishment.

I'm sorry to give a one star but I just went all the way to the mall for a chocolate cinnabon and they said they don't make them anymore. They are still advertising them on their website and even the shirts of the two ladies working there are advertising them. I even mentioned the billboard above them was flashing saying try our new chocolate mini cinnabons. I'm pretty sure the women here were lying to me. I did show up 30 minutes to closing and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out the back. I think they were ready to go home and didn't feel like making anything else.

Place opens at 11 am I was there at 230 pm ordered 2 classic rolls was told to come back in 30 minutes they were just making them and I was the only one at the counter what is up with that

I just went in. They gave us both Cold cinnamon rolls.And then they said no drinks except the fountain drinks.This happens on a regular basis at this location. The last time we came my nephew asked for a Frozen lemonade and the guy said we're all out. The machine is going right behind him. I said the machine is full and he signed. So we left. I honestly don't know why we come back to this one. We won't again.
