The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beers were great and they had a very nice selection. I had a Dunkle and a Hazy New England IPA and both were very good. I will definitely be back.

Love the location and the dog friendliness. I just wish the beer was better. I don't mean to be a jerk but we've tried it several times and the beer is just not good. :( Then again I'm a beer snob and I'll own it.

We absolutely love this place to bring our dog and get a beer! She has so much fun being here. The people and owners are very friendly too. 4 stars (in my mind, but giving 5 to neutralize some of the really dumb negative reviews) because I do wish the taps changed more often and the beer was a tad bit better, but still very happy with them!

Cool place for dog lovers. They have a fenced-in off leash dog area. Beer is good with many to choose from, I think they have 10 or more on tap. I like the Peabody IPA, it's delicious. Also, they seem to always have a great food truck

We love bringing our dog to Coal Mine! Awesome place to have your dog off leash while enjoying a delicious beer! They do a really great job at making sure the environment is safe for dogs (plastic cups, squirt bottles, high fence, etc).
I met a friend here to discuss our non-profit business. Hospitality was over the top. The bartender was very patient and guided us through our choices of their beer selection. We met the owner and they bought us a beer shot. Vary good beer. I liked the traditional stout.

Decided to give this brewery ONE LAST CHANCE now that Kovu and I had the ability to be the only ones in the dog run!!!!!! Once again just not a good experience! This time there was nobody there to spray Kovu in the face with the water bottles when he tried to play with their dog. But the owner was there and wanted to pet Kovu, talk about her experiences with large breed dogs and how she “loves” them. At which point, I decided to tell the owner about my past experiences at her brewery and she completely dismissed me! She could care less about her fellow patrons spraying my dog in the face with water. Essentially strangers having the ability to spray any dog with water. There are zero rules or guidelines posted about how to use the spray bottles in a respectful manner! It is clear to me that she really does not care about the well being of the dogs at her establishment! I will NEVER be back and will be telling all my friends with dogs not to support this business as the owners do not care about the well being of the dogs on the property!
