I got a blizzard and it's specifically says on the sign if it's not served upside down the next one is free. The manager served me my blizzard without flipping it upside down and I asked her to honor that and she refused Stating well I can flip it upside down for you. So they're either false advertising or refusing to honor what they advertised either way The manager was very rude it was an unpleasant experience would not recommend!

fast and easy service was the name of the game here. I stepped up to the counter, was greeted with a friendly smile, eye contact and verbal acknowledgment. I placed my order and in a few minutes I was served a freshly prepared and delicious treat. good service all around at this location.
We decided to try and give this DQ another chance since it's the closest one to us, however it seems to be getting worse. We waited 25 minutes to even order, only one girl up front busting her butt trying to prepare all delivery orders and help the 10 people waiting in line. Two other employees came out from the back multiple times - didn't help her, didn't acknowledge a single customer waiting in line and never asked her if she needed anything. Maybe I would be willing to wait if the service or food was good but it's always a let down. All we order is a butterscotch dip cone and the last 4 times, the dip has been runny, doesnt stick to the ice cream and is transparent. We've even mentioned it 3 times to the employees on 3 different occasions yet the quality continues to go down. Also the store is super dirty. All the cooktops in back were covered in food and grease, etc. So disappointed

2nd time in 2 weeks I attempted to order a butterscotch dip cone. They cant coat it enough to even look like a dip cone and have blamed it on the temperature the first time and the size the 2nd. Is anyone even in charge here? Dairy Queen should take back this store as it’s obviously not cared for or managed at

I came in and unfortunately had to leave before even placing an order. I waited 10 minutes and saw 4 workers and not one looked up or seemed to want to take anyone's orders. There were a couple waiting in front of me. One lady just had her back turned the entire time and proceeded to clean and do whatever she was doing (anything besides helping the assisting customers). One person came to the FOH from behind the doors, looked around, and then went back inside the doors. It was really sad that nobody seemed to care about customers waiting to get an ice cream.

Judging from the amount of grime, this location is not cleaned every day and is definitely in need of a deep clean. The floor had crumbs as we walked in, which is normal for a busy day, but it was kind of everywhere. The cash register area was grimy (condiment containers had mustard and dirty smudges, napkin dispenser was dusty, ledge on front of register was full of dust and crumbs (pic)). The cake freezer glass was dirty with dried ice cream spills and fingerprints and the bottom vents were very dusty (pic). Tables and chairs were clean, but the rest was really dirty.

This is how an ice cream is supposed to be made ❤️❤️❤️ Love this location. They do it right!!! The lady's that are working here tonight .... made the best ice creams cones and were so nice. Great atmosphere, great customer service and happy soooo happy with my ice cream ❤️❤️❤️???️
