My family and I went between 2-3 today Sunday the 3rd during a rush. The young lady at the front was taking orders and making them she was absolutely so friendly she greeted everybody who walked in and even busy would say I will be right with you. I didn't catch her name but I came back in and handed her a tip. She was kind wasn't under any stress or anything and customer service skills 10/10. Give her a raise ? she was amazing

I went to dairy Queen the night before last. The next day I realized that they didn't give me back my debit card. Now all of a sudden I have an unauthorized transaction for a app mathway.All they have are teenagers working at that dairy Queen. So someone wrote down my card number and used my card. I will be reporting fraud on my card. And telling them exactly where it happened at. I don't care if it was for a $2 or 20$ someone from this dairy Queen wrote down my card number and used it.Because any other time my debit card is in my wallet at all times and I don't have no teenage daughter or son that are in school. And I know I don't need help in algebra for high school. I will be going to the store today to speak to the manager in regards to this.**********Replaced my card. However the thief at this location tried to use my card again for and Xbox, PlayStation game... Because you can only tell it's a kid trying to use my card again. A gaming website and a mathway website. So disgusted!!!!!!!!!

Please fix the service in drive thru. With the pay rate in Denver, your drive thru attendants shouldn't be asking me for tips when I order......

I handed my card to the cashier and her reply was “Are you gonna tip?”. Seriously? When did Dairy Queen start hiring panhandlers?You don’t ask for a tip, rude!Teach your employees/panhandlers about manners/etiquette.
