We ordered delivery through Grubhub, they delivered it to our neighbors and forgot an item. When I called the store they said that they forgot it and I could come pick them up. What? That was why I ordered delivery. No more.

Went it to ask if my online order could be made with the mint oreo flavor as it wasn’t an option in the app. The two young men and the counter were nice and agreed to do it. I placed the order and 20 minutes goes by and they come up to ask me if I placed it at a different location… like it should have taken 5 minutes max for them to notice my order didn’t come thru. Very disappointed as the other location wouldn’t answer the phone and now I can’t use my coupon and I’m out $12 for something I never received.

I had the flame thrower and a chocolate. Very tasty and spicy. The couple that runs the place are really good and are nice people. I often thought about being an owner of a DQ in the Caribbean.

The service was horrible. The wait time was ridiculous. The staff seems to be prioritizing grubhub over the people that are standing There waiting to either eat in or take out. That just is not right.
The staff is so kind, patient and helpful! We had a large food order to done in, then ordered 3 boxes of Dilly bars and an ice cream cake to go. They offered to keep everything in the back freezer while we enjoyed our delicious meal. They did excellent on our custom birthday message on the cake. They were so friendly and for us, totally worth our hour+ drive from the foothills/mountains. We will always choose this DQ! Also we loved the music they play and it was a perfect environment for us on our date day!

Friendly people, Gave them the order, had us sit in the dining area and in less than 5 minutes they brought it to our table. And since it came with ice cream they said when we're ready they would bring it out and they did. As always, the food was great.
