We came tonight and ordered 2 medium sundaes and 1 dipped cone. The ice creams were not filled at all. And there's hardly any fudge.Hopfully the owner sees this. We come here all the time and have come since I was a kid. This is by far the worst experience we've had. This isn't a medium at all ice cream wise.

I ordered a cake online 7 days early for my son’s birthday. When I arrived to the store this morning for the scheduled pick up, they could not locate the cake anywhere. The guy at the front desk could have cared less. He offered an “I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened there” and told me to pick a premade cake. I asked if they could customize it today if I did that since I was already supposed to pick it up and he said it was the cake decorator’s day off. Now my son is going to be crushed when he finds out that there’s no cake for his birthday which is today and nothing of value offered from the store for their mess up. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

What a awful experience!! We took our kids here tonight for ice cream sundaes. The two teenagers working could have cared less that we were waiting to order(which we could have overlooked). However, when they went to make our chocolate sundae they were running low on chocolate and instead of getting more the male worker proceeded to squeeze it onto the sundae with his bare hands!! Keep in mind he had just taken my cash and scratched his butt before just putting his hands all over it. When I told him I wasn’t going to eat that and I wanted a new one he got huffy and slammed the other one in the trash. Absolutely terrible experience! We will never return to this location again.

Can’t say anything about their actual products, but I do have something to say about the management/hiring. I had an interview scheduled for 9:15am. Drove around 45 minutes here from where I live. Showed up around 9am. There was no one here so I waited. Around 9:15 I started to call the store and didn’t get an answer. I sent a message through the indeed app letting them know I was here, but still didn’t hear anything. I decided to wait since I drove so long to get here and didn’t want to leave immediately. At 9:45, an employee entered the store. I went up to the door and tried to get their attention, but the girl just kinda looked at me, rolled her eyes, and waved me away. Very disrespectful to schedule an interview for 9:15am when no one is going to be there for said interview. I never received any messages saying that it would need to be rescheduled.

After our order at Sonic was messed up we drove here and got our order lightning fast and it was tasty! No more Sonic for this family!
We live closer to the Dairy Queen on Pierce & Ken Caryl but that Dairy Queen had 15 cars waiting in the driveway and a full lobby Sunday at 8:30pm. That location also just seems packed no matter when and what time you go. We drove 9 minutes down the road to this location and it was completely empty! Walked right in and got our sweet treats! Stuff was friendly, quick and efficient
