Probably my top food truck in Colorado. They always deliver on quality, and most importantly in taking care of their customers. My friend inquired about gluten free options when we arrived, and while initially they said they didn’t have any, they proceeded to bring us options through the night which they had tailored to my friends needs. Highly recommend their food and attached Rocker Spirits. Keep it up!!

Amazing food and service! We had our party catered with the basic taco package. We chose the jackfruit and chicken proteins. There was so much food, we ended up with full tray's of rice, beans, and both proteins leftover. We had about 45 people and no one left hungry.I can't say enough about how great they were in helping make our event a success. Not only was the food delicious, but it was affordable too! I highly recommend using Colorado for your next event.

You MUST check out the phenomenal food! The tacos and the burger were so delicious. This is our new favorite food spot in downtown Littleton. The food came out fast, hot, and Andrew checked-in to ensure we were having a great experience. Definitely recommend!

My first time eating here. I was craving a good burger! After reading the reviews here I decided to give it a try. Well I have some good and bad reviews for the burger. Good news is, it was absolutely AMAZING! Bad news, it's really big burger But it was so good I couldn't put it down! Now I am so stuffed that my belly hurts! Lol. Seriously though, it's definitely one of the best burgers I've ever eaten! The crispy potato wedges with cheese on them were also extremely tasty however I was only able to eat one of them after eating that big burger! But the potatoes were so perfectly crisp, even with the cheese on them.The guys were super friendly as well! Will definitely be back! Can't wait to try the other things on the menu if I can force myself not to order the burger again!

Incredible food made by incredible people. An absolute must try if you’re within driving distance. Tacos are some of the best I’ve ever had and the hummus and pimento spread are essential for the table!
We love this place! They have the best burger in town. It's not traditional, in that it's on crispy Texas toast, but that's part of what makes it special. The flavor of the huge beef patty, along with the cheese and the spicy topping is soooo good! You have to try the papas con queso (super crispy fried potato and cheesy goodness!) Their carnitas tacos are the bomb, and their pizzas are delicious. It's all beautifully prepared, tasty food that pairs perfectly with the fantastic craft cocktails at Rocker Spirits. These chefs know their way around a kitchen, and they couldn't be nicer guys. Treat yourself and try them out - you'll thank me later! :-)

August 2021. AMAZEBALLS!! Wow. Life changing. Ok, now that I've got that out of my system, here's the deal. It is a food truck. Open Wednesday-Saturday 5-9pm. It's associated with Rocker spirits which has lovely outdoor patio seating. And drinks. But back to the truck... The guys working made my gf and I dinner at 9pm as they were about to close. Their service was better than most fancy restaurants I've been to. Granted we were the only ones outside that late, but they explained their menu well and came out to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything else maybe 3 times. Very friendly. I had the tacos. They must griddle heat the tortillas in butter or something. The tortillas alone were delicious. The chips and salsa and queso were top notch and I consider myself a chips/salsa/queso connoisseur. We had the maple butter chicken bites with Texas toast. Melt your face off delicious. Damn. Just try this place already and quit reading this review!

Holy smokes this food was amazing! Especially for the price. Honesty, this meal was better than what I ate last weekend paying 300 for 4 of us in one of them fancy outdoor clear tent jobs.We were outdoors with heaters spread out well. Dress in layers as its still Dec. in Colorado although the heaters helped quite a bit. I did the brisket sandwich with these amazing little fresh crunchy potato bits that have a fancy cheese melted on them (do yourself a favor and get these if not in your meal), but the tacos I tasted were delicious and my teenaged son looved the Juju dog was so big and loaded up with goodies he actually filled up on it. They don't have a ton of tables/parking but we got there after 4 ish and there was a good amount of tables available.
