Whoever is working that front desk and answering phones does not have no people skills and should not be in customer service. The most awkward phone call in my life. Never will I go back to that store.

As a long time customer of Dominoes I am very disappointed. Not in the food, not in the customer service, the store looks great and the employees are very kind. However, I do not always want to go pick up my pizza. My point here is your delivery fee of $7.00 is way over the top. I’ve never seen a delivery fee so high. I love your pizza and I always order for 2 both medium almost every weekend but paying $50 for 2 medium pizzas is insane. What the hell?? I just spent $37 on a large 3 topping pizza with one of your coupons… that’s insane. It’s hard for me to consider a tip even though it’s not the drivers fault. I want to give my drivers a tip but with a $7 delivery fee which does NOT go to the driver at all, it makes me not want to tip! Either give the driver the delivery fee or lower the delivery fee so I can tip my driver!It’s unfair to the driver and the consumer. I used to drive for a competitor of yours and all I can say is it’s corporate greed to charge the customer a delivery fee and not even pay the driver a cut of that. Cmon.

Ordered a hand tossed ultimate pepperoni and received a thin crust. Pizza was burnt. Clearly quality control is not a function at this store.

Pizza wasn't cooked all the way through and online isn't any help I would like arefund issued for the order it wasn't cooked long enough at all and anyone can tell.My over doenst work so I had to order a pizza and am super disappointed that it isn't even cooked.

Went online to place order. As I was checking out the system went down because Domino's decided to apply a system update while they were busy rather than when they were closed. I called to place an order.. I was told I could not redeem my points by phone. They then transfered me to the store which did not work because the system was updating. I couldn't get in touch with someone until after the store closed and they wouldn't let me place my order.

Ordered through the app and tracker said order was delivered but we had no pizza! We tried to contact the store for 10 minutes before we received some really rude customer service person that transferred us to the actual store we ordered from. Took the a few minutes to answer. At first they couldn't find our order and I told them it was a pepperoni/ jalapeño and a cheese. The guy tells me it is still being delivered. Finally get the pizzas and the order was wrong and undercooked! Don't order from here!

My food always arrives hot and I have never had an issue with my order. I really appreciate my driver Rosa. She is punctual and always arrives with extra plates and napkins. My coworkers often eat while they work so that extra thought from her is appreciated. I am always happy when she is my delivery driver. She really goes the extra mile and is an excellent representation for Domino's.
