Overall had a good experience. Food was fine. Was really busy so pay attention to what time you're going. Otherwise it was good.

Went to Littleton location. I walked in and immediately noticed the filthy floor. Usually i can ignore those things but i dont know if ive ever seen such filthy floors! Stayed because was meeting a friend there. Food and employees were good.

You know it’s funny I use to come here all the time like several times a week. They had gotten rid of one manager or he quit. Not sure. And I was in one day and some of the people used to give me a free coffee or a bagel because I was in all the time knew all the employees by their first name, then one day I went in and one of the corporate goons yelled at me because an employee gave me a free coffee. Place went downhill ever since.

The online order process is quick and simple. It’s convenient to order ahead! However, the sandwich I received was subpar. I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on a jalepeno and cheese bagel. I have had this multiple times and never received one like this. My bagel had hardly any sauce, some sad bacon and came with the turkey stacked like it came right out of the container. It’s disappointing to be really looking forward to something and pay for something that isn’t what it should be.

I placed my order And paid and they came back saying they didn’t have the type of spread I asked for so I called the person to see what I could change it to and it got changed to a pizza bagel and I was given an attitude by what I can assume is the manager I said I could pay for the difference and still got

I ordered a smoked salmon bagel with everything on it (cream cheese, capers, onions) and what I got was a plain bagel with a slab of salmon, nothing else. I paid for the complete one but was so disappointed and I felt jipped since that is one of the slightly more expensive bagel. Carol T.

I love their lox sandwich. If you ordered online you pay about a dollar plus more for chips which I don't need or want. Otherwise you have to walk in and order just a sandwich. They could add a little cream cheese because it's pretty scant but overall this is a good place to go anytime

Went here about 2 years ago. Seeing all these new reviews, I'll share what happened to me. Waited quite a while to get a burnt jalapeno and cream cheese bagel. I noticed an employee drop a bagel on the gross floor and pick it up, then use those same gloves to make another sandwich. I had the worst food poisoning ever, I used to have Einsteins weekly but I haven't gone back since.

There is a person that works there by the name of Chris. That is absolutely disrespectful talks to the customer's rude. Doesn't wash his hands, touches the nose. Touches his face and then touches the food.

Would give it zero if possible. I ordered CURBSIDE because they have it as an option on their website, I sat in my car for 30 minutes because my screen said a crew member would be out shortly.. after calling 15 times with no answer, I finally ran inside to get a order that was sitting on the “order ahead” rack in which my food was cold. I asked them to remake my food because it was cold and soggy and I got laughed at. How lazy do you have to be to not just run out to someone’s car when your restaurant offers curbside. Take it off the website if you guys aren’t going to have employees do their job.Mind you, there were ZERO customers in the resturant as well.

Very busy place but bagels are great

The ham and swiss "deli sandwhich" that cost almost $9. This was also the second one they made me after the first one they straight up forgot to even put cheese. Same amount of meat too. Plus they forgot to put onions on the one they remade. This place is a joke and whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves
