“It's really sad, the news we got. Sunday 10/22/23 is the last day thus place will be open. This was a great place fir sour beers and small charcuterie plates. This lil cool quaint Cafe type set up was my spot for sour beers. It was also pretty cool to have their charcuterie plates too as they freshly cut the meat & cheeses at the deli counter. There was always so many flavorful sours to try. Well to the staff behind the bar & deli thanks for all the good times! Y'all will be missed!!!“

“This restaurant is located in a hotel on the Metro State campus. We stayed there based on its proximity to Ball Arena. Many of the employees are hospitality program students. The restaurant has a little style, but is not fancy. The menu is primarily burgers, sandwiches, bowls and salads. The food was good, but not interesting. Our server, Kyle I believe, was outstanding.“
“We took the train from Arvada (our Spring Break visit from Oklahoma) to Union Station and found The Thirsty Lion. It was packed with people going to the Avs game but we were seated right away. The service was insane! Korie was super friendly and had all the advice we were looking for about local activities. She was able to special order drinks for our boys without hesitation. I also have to say, I cannot recall a place that had our appetizer and drinks at the table before the server even left the first time. Top notch service for sure! Korie really made an impact on our visit, she was amazing. The food was incredible as well. Highly recommend!!Kid-friendliness: Korie was very interactive with the kids and had them in mind when offering suggestions for local entertainment.
