Not at all what we're used to getting from this normally good place. Instead of the larger brown boxes that were usually filled up pretty good, they are now small white ones with smaller portion sizes for the same price. Smaller chicken pieces which also included breading scraps that counted towards what we ordered. Not at all surprising since Chili's is the parent company. Going back to Wingstop!

This was the WORST wings and fries I’ve ever had. The fries were so hard they were like stale chips. The wings tasted old and dry. Almost like the food has been sitting out all day and they just reheated or something. I never leave reviews, but this was the absolute worst and I was so disappointed. Threw my entire order out

Got wings here a few weeks ago order was supposed to be ready in 45 min. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my order only after I walked inside and spoke to a manager. Was definitely not worth the price and poor quality.

I would give zero stars if possible. My brother in law and husband went to pick up wings for us, were told not only did they not have the order or have it ready, they couldn't refund the money and wanted us to pay for another order. Their "manager" couldn't comp anything. After an HOUR of them being there I get a call that they still couldn't refund our money and leaving with no wings. They tried to blame it on a purchase error on our part and were shown the confirmation email. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will absolutely NOT be going there again.

We waited forever for our lunch, the soup and main couse were brought out together. Fine, not desirable but OK. The quesadeas were soggy and cold. We were basically ignored the whole time we were there. Especially after I sent back the quesadeas. We are pretty much regulars at Chili's, the food is usually good and the service is usually good, even given the staffing shortage everywhere. So needless to say, we were very disappointed with this lunch trip. Also, the handicap parking has been taken over by giant thorn bushes making it impossible to get in or out if the car. You can trim the bushes on the sidewalk, how about trimming the thorn bushes so handicap people can gave easy access.
