My sandwich was made exactly as I ordered it in the app. It was ready fast and tasted good. The staff was friendly. I got a good deal in the app on their Dime Bag, which came with a bag of chips, brownie & a pickle spear. Great food, just the portion size for the price is not equal. JJ and Jersey Mike's are very similar in price but Jersey has more meat. JJ bread is slightly better in taste.
Been to a lot of Jimmy John’s in my life and this was is more expensive ($2.00 more per 6in) and absolutely slow AF. Their credit card machine asks if you want to leave a tip which only has dollar amount values, if you select other (as in you want to leave nothing) it takes you to a screen to input a dollar value. Will never return.

Unusually long wait, and the employee working at the register was pretty unhappy I didn't leave a tip. I don't believe in leaving tips in situations where no service was performed.
