Arrived at 950 pm, store closes at 10, one car ahead of me, one behind. I ordered 2 famous bowls and regular order of cheese curds. I paid, and was told to park for "a few minutes", as did the car behind me. We saw the trash taken out to their dumpster, twice; the other car honked several times and the employee told them "soon". Both orders came out at the same time, 10:31 pm. I was told the curds and the nuggets on the bowl were freshly made, which I don't believe.
Not real pleased with the online service, efficiency of service, timeliness of receiving the food nor the response of problem solving. Had to call after placing order to request certain items, had to go back to get the requested items. Got the wrong kind of cake, didn’t even have one of the dinners available that was ordered. Waited 20 minutes longer than expected time for order to be ready . Counter and floor was sticky. When I called to fix the problem with the order the person...read full review
