I only walked into the store for a pick up, but it was very clean and the service was fast and friendly was greeted within just a few moments of walking into the door and somebody confirmed my pick up. When the leader Carlos realize that an included coupon for my meal wasn’t applying correctly, he made sure to make the problem right! Will be coming back plenty!

Manager “Melissa” hung up on my fiancé when we called. Got home (25 minute drive) and the famous bowl that was ordered literally only had mashed potatoes and corn… umm missing the chicken and cheese? Then I stirred it around because maybe the chicken and cheese was hiding, nope but a fly was. This was beyond irritating and disgusting as it was 9 p.m. It was even more frustrating when the manager hung up on us for requesting a refund, after we said that the 25 minute drive was not feasible. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I am disturbed and grossed out. If you’re looking for horrible customer service this KFC location is perfect for you, you’ll leave with protein… not chicken.. but bugs. I’ve always been one to comment on great service and ignored bad but this was so awful I had to share

There was some little boy with his voice still cracking answering the speaker. He tried making us come in to pick up a mobile order that the app told me had been ready. We went through the drive thru twice for it and some preppy little girl also snarked up with an attitude”just come inside or you’re not getting your order” these kids literally refuse to do their job. Someone should check the cameras and see what they are actually doing. Not only did I get a refund but the food was terrible.

I won't lie, I only have an "okay" time here. The soda options suck for sure, and they never have tea as an option which seems pretty basic. I always order a chicken sandwich and every time I order it people seem to be high. I've seen horror stories about this place, but it's mostly just painfully average. They give me my food, and it usually tastes good. Id almost always rather do Popeyes, but there's none even remotely close to here. I wouldn't recommend anything other than the chicken sandwich though. Probably needs new leadership and employees. It's always 100% empty when I show up so there's clearly a lack of interest in this location.

The chicken was way over cooked & it wasn't fresh the potatoes were cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock,service sucked,probably won't be back,it's so expensive here and then have all this wrong it should of been FREE!!!!!!

One of the nicest new style clean restaurants, with clean toilets and friendly staff. Well worth a visit and the location shares its space with a Taco Bell, so there is something to please everybody.

Why is the Jamaican KFC taseing 10 times better than the ones in the USA? Is it because the USA locations are not washing their chicken properly before they season it? Even when I enter the store on this location the chicken does not smell wonderfully like back in the days so I know something is wrong but I tell myself I’ll still give it a try Just to see. I got Three pieces of chicken And two piece had a little red inside of it, meaning that it should stay in the fryer longer! I don’t like the smell of the Chicken it just smells like there are frying dirty chicken! And that’s a big turn off. furthermore they got some kids running this location I saw one with a phone in his hand while he is looking about customers food I think they still need more training but the smell in general turns me off big time I never say nothing to no one but I rather leave a review for the owner to correct this situation Not only in one location but all. I stopped at One in Texas where some Black people were working and their chicken tasted perfect but I think washing of the chicken properly with vinegar and lime will improve the taste in general because any Americans go to Jamaica they can tell you about that KFC once they add taste it.

Went by to get dinner for the family and missing the combo I ordered but thank god the kids meal was at least there.... was not given a receipt to dispute or ask for money back now and when trying to ask for sauce window was shut on me.... The person came back but sad can't get a simple order correct when you have multiple people just standing around.
