Worst McDs ever. Drive thru is straight up hapless. Between them screwing up codes and saying the code you just redeemed has been used and is invalid. They’ve screwed up three free rewards, and twice on discount codes. To make it even better, I truly enjoy waiting 10 minutes for two sandwiches and a soda, walking in to get a refill and the drive thru associate taking 5 orders out at the same time. Causing everyone in the drive thru to wait. This isn’t Culver’s you don’t deserve minimum wage.

We sat and waited for our dine-in order for more than 15 minutes. It took us less than 10 minutes to eat and when we’re done, we were surprised that all doors are locked! We were locked in! This was at 8pm on a Sunday. They’re supposed to be open until 11pm.

French fries are almost ALWAYS stale going through the drive- thru. So I went inside. People inside act like ur not even standing there. They can't be bothered with you. Super Rude! The only person who would acknowledge me was the guy cleaning the floor & emptying the trash. No one else would even make eye contact with me.

Horrible !!!!!! Ordered 6 hash browns 6 sausage muffins got to window to pay it was 17.28 and she came back with only the change part not 2.00 part and didint even have my hashbrowns rung up lady refused to give me the right change !! I didint even get the 72 cent back got like 45 cent was suppose to get 2.72 back she argued with after the fact I gave her a 20$ bill They SCAMMING PEOPLE SO WATCH OUT ! They act like they don’t understand English they only understand Spanish ! Just horrible customer service
