The past 7-8 times I have either gone to the actual establishment or ordered DoorDash my order has not been right once. My food is never done properly and I never get everything I ask for. I have ordered burgers that have nothing on them but the meat and cheese (sometimes not even the cheese is on there) and they do not remove the items that I ask to be removed because I am allergic to them. I will not be eating at this location again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is awful. Every burger that me and my girlfriend has ever gotten from this particular restaurant is always two little spits of mustard and ketchup, like what the hell?! Also, ask for condiments and only receive them half the time, fantastic. Not to mention, ever time I’ve ever gone to this drive thru for a quick lunch on my work break there is always an employee in the drive thru spraying it with a hose, at one of the busiest times of the day, the place needs new and better management/ staff

waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before even moving to talk to anyone. when we got up to the window we waited another 15 mins just for them to tell us they weren't able to give us what we wanted. when we asked for a refund the workers were very rude toward us and we had to wait another 10 mins for them to figure out a refund. still haven't gotten a refund.

Made simple mistakes, like a double pattie triple cheeseburger, no apples in the happy meal simple stuff that could be attributed to being busy or handing an order off to another staff member. The fries were super hot but the burgers were messy, not complete and cold.
