Management here is good and overall the speed and reliability of orders is good as well. HOWEVER there are some younger employees that, to put it family friendly, aren't afraid to let you know they hate their job and don't care about customer service. There is a young blonde woman that worked there today, on Easter. We had an issue with the payment terminal on the kiosk them no one came up to help. Everyone was in the back shouting non-working stuff at each other and had to get their attention to help us. Then we had to wait a while for our food.
