The food is good but they take forever to build your order and items are often missing. The average wait time is half an hour for a mobile pick up order no matter how busy they are. For the price you pay, it’s faster and cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant than go to this McDonald’s.

waited for over 30min for food I never got, and a long line of other people complaining prevented me from getting a refund. Do not tell cars to pull forward when there have been 10 others you've told to do the same. this place just takes cash for orders they cant make.

I wish I could share a photo, but paid for a large fry in the middle of lunch rush... I received 1/4 full large container for fries. I literally could count how many I had, 12 fries. I understand lunch rushes, but that's just ridiculous lol. Plus they're stale and cold straight from the counter. Check your food when you order here.

this place was awful, i get its mcdonald’s so i can’t have big expectations but jesus. I ordered a cajun bacon chicken sandwich and was gonna ask to hold the pickles but i didn’t get to ask that (i guess asking that was a waste of her time) then she told me to head to the window, so i did. paid for my food and said thanks, already late for work because it took 40 min to get through 6 people in line…. i didn’t look at what i got. when i get parked and look at my food i was shocked to see that SOMEHOW with my luck they forget the lettuce, tomato, bacon, AND chicken, yeah i got a nice pickle and sauce sandwich with cold fries. I’ve never written a review but i’m at work and hangry. so big thanks to mcdonald’s for making a bad day worse! you really outdid yourself this time.

My cousins got married here and my wife gave birth to triplets in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and Ronald is my son's godfather. My other two children died on the way out from over-exposure to sodium. My niece is actively giving birth inside the mens bathroom as I write this.Kid-friendliness: A four year old told me to kill myself.

If you're looking to waste half an hour of your life this is your place. Ordered in drive thru only to be asked to pull forward. It would only be a second for my food. 15 minutes later they apparently forgot what I ordered. At least six vehicles all got their food that came long after me before I did. If they ask you to pull forward refuse and wait at the window. Or they'll forget you. Terrible customer service.

Foods great! When you get it. Multiple times I have been parked and waited over 7 minutes and watched 12 cars go through the line and out. Was told it’s coming but waited and watched as more cars were leaving and getting parked. Is there not a policy on how many cars you can park? I feel like once you have 7 cars parked you should probably just hold up the ordering line???? I understand short staffing and the demand as I have literally worked for a fast food chain. Does it take 12 minutes to cook bacon? That was the reason I was parked and after 12 minutes I left without food because cars were continuously going through the line and leaving.

You guys are getting so cheap! I ordered 6 breakfast burritos and ask for 2 salsa per burrito since they are small salsas. I was told it’s going to be .30 per salsa for these tiny packets. I get it it’s not that much but it’s the principle you guys are worth over 200 billion dollars. Chick-fil-A gives you as many sauces as you want.
