The food always seems to be wrong, cold or forgotten here. The service is ok, but comparing this locations food with other Noodles in the area, this one is not even close to as good. The restaurant area is usually clean.

Absolutely disappointed! I placed a pickup order online through the app. My order said it was ready by 6:45pm. I didn’t get my food till 7:30! I had ordered a salad and added cucumber and the lady at front started yelling at me saying that they had no cucumber at ALL! I had told her, me and other guests have been waiting over 40 minutes to get our food There was multiple guests at the register/ waiting and the employees had no bother to greet them nor take care of them. She then proceeded to keep yelling “I can’t help you the manager is here so talk to him” VERY disrespectful! $20 for a meal that’s not even that great, getting disrespected, “no cucumber”Noodles and company do better.If you don’t have the staff to keep a business going and for it to be successful…SHUT IT DOWN!!!

I got a zucchini pesto pasta which is quite unique. The chicken noodle soup tasted good. There is a soft serve machine which has many different options.Vegetarian options: Zucchini pasta (noodles were made of actual zucchini)

This place is a joke! Every freaking time I order from here it’s garbage. Both of my $14 MontAmore bowls had a single piece of spinach and not one mushroom. Aside from a few pieces of dried chicken I just paid $14 for .60 cents worth of noodles. This place should be condemned.

I went in because I was craving some type of soup or noodles and I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles and we waited like 15 minutes and then just left because we were in a rush but when we opened the bag, there was Pad Thai noodles instead and I wanted to be optimistic and try to see if they were good and they were just not to my taste at all. Unfortunately I paid 16 dollars and didn't get what I wanted at all. It did unfortunately make my stomach hurt as well. Very dissatisfied

I was short changed on my online order that took 45 minutes to get which was 20 minutes after the app said it was ready. I ordered and paid for extra chicken but didn't get it. Noodles weren't fully cooked so I couldn't eat it. Substituted the spinach for broccoli and got 3 small pieces of broccoli. Wrong dessert was put into the bag. The store is Clearly understaffed.

Very good tortellini and not an overwhelming amount. We sat outside and our food was brought to us. The people working there are so nice. I would recommend going there and I will go there again.
The only decent thing I could say about my experience was the service. Service was nice. Food was AWFUL! Noodles way over cooked and lacked anything ordered in my dish. The store itself was so incredibly dirty I ate outside in 100 degree weather. The soda machine was COVERED in gunk and visible sticky residue. The floor had not been cleaned it quite some time as I could see food all over the floor. And the tables were never bused and cleaned off. Every single table in the store was covered in crumbs and sticky residue

This place was filthy! Nothing had been swept, wiped or cleaned for days. Drips down the side of drink machine and counters. Bathroom gross. I expect much better from this place. Hoping I don’t get sick.Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Had options for strict diet.
