There was a dog eating at a table. Probably the only fitting customer for this dirty place.

I've been enjoying Panera Bread salads for a decade, so this rev is long overdue. My favorite is the Fuji Apply chicken salad. The prices are high for the portion sizes, but the salads are delicious.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich (yes, a whole sandwich, not half), a small macaroni and cheese and a cookie. It cost $27! Seriously? The food was good but not that good. The macaroni and cheese alone was $8! I will not be coming back because the price gouging is offensive.

I visit here often and am always feeling welcomed by the cashier and people working to prepare the food. The place is often clean and it's a nice place to get work done.

This is the third time in a row they messed up my order completely. How do you not put chicken on a chicken sandwich? How do you never have bread? This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’m done with this

For the price I am paying I shouldn't be getting sneers from the young women and snide comments from the young men about what I order. And what is the point of putting in my name if they are going to dead name me every time?! Why are they even able to see my full legal name?! Why???I feel like I should speak up and make a scene but no. Now I have to try and find a seat at none of the tables that are clean. Ever.We can easily spend 15 to 20 bucks on a sandwich and a drink the least you can do is clean the place up.

I know Littleton is a restaurant desert and there's been historically high inflation the last couple years, but 38 bucks for a mediocre sand-which and 2 bowls of ok soup is just not worth it.

got chicken noodle soup and all I got was broth. got it to go and wouldn't give me refund over the phone. very bad service. coming from someone that works at another restaurant. why send out an empty bowl soup instead of letting the customer know they were out of soup

I only went into this location for a bakery item and a drink. The service was really fast, less than 5 mins from order to sitting at a table ready to eat. The bear claw tasted freshly baked, soft and fluffy. Its interesting to see a Panera Bread location inside a shopping mall. get something to eat and do some shopping. win-win for me. Good experience all around.

I hadn’t been to Panera in years. Last night, I asked for a Caprese sandwich. They told me they were out of baguettes. So, I asked if they could put it on different bread, they said no. Why? I asked. They told me the amount of food ( tomato and cheese and Basil ) needed to put it on different bread would be more than what the price accounts for. Fine… so I asked them to charge me more. They told me, no. Confused, I asked, is there is no way for me to order tomato, mozzarella, and Basil on different bread?? They said no. I was so confused and annoyed. They did not even try to offer a solution. I was forced to order a different product.Horrible service and obviously bad training. There are better sandwiches with bet tree r service elsewhere.
