I can't speak for previous peoples experiences but it seems like some changes were made and the new night staff is lovely!! I ordered the Xl New York style with pep, watched too many Dave Portnoy shorts I guess ?Pizza is excellent. I'd give it like a Portnoy rating of a solid 7.7 but it was a for 10 meStaff was friendly even said my pizza looked good ?Seems like the store is through it's rough patch cause I was hesitant to order at first

Under New management. Samantha is the hardest working person I know. She cares about her future, the staff, and the stores reputation. The store used to be understaffed. She has managed to put together a crew that is dedicated and hard working. Daniel is the only insider. Daniel is from Venezuela and is also a diligent employee. Samantha has already turned the store into a functional business dedicated to customer service and company moral.

Problem with this store is the night shift they just have horrible customer service, Sounds like they're understaffed. And they don't want to take orders because of it. They had messed up my previous order and gave me a credit for the pizza and that at that they couldn't find a credit. Last time I called the guy said he would have to put me on a 10 mnute hold to even talk to me about taking an order. Which sucks cause I really prefer Papa John's. But guess we're ordering Domino's and sticking with them.

Worst place to order from ever! Papa John's Home Office needs to step in and shut down this franchise! We placed an order for delivery and it was sent out through Doordash. We received an order that was not ours (Spinach pizza is not my jam). We called the store and were told to call Doordash even though we did not order through Doordash. We then called Doordash and they told us they had to call the store to talk to them about the order. We waited on hold and Doordash came back and said that the store answered and put them on hold and never came back, twice. Doordash then said that there was nothing they could do for us since they couldn't speak to anyone at the store and they would have to refund the store and then the store would have to refund us. We just wanted our order! We then had a battle for over a month with the home office who were unable to get in touch with the store to get our refund. We contacted them every other weekday for a month. A MONTH!!!! We called the store and got a hold of the GM but he was so busy making 10 pies but assured us he would issue our $41.00 refund as soon as he was done. Never happened! Then home office contacted us and said they did finally get ahold of the store and they were not willing to do anything because it was over a month. Are you freaking kidding me??? There was some yelling that occurred and we hung up and nothing elsevhas ever been done, no refund, nothing. If you don't want to waste your money and actually expect to eat when you order delivery, find somewhere else to order from because this place sucks! Home office is no better if they allow their franchises to act this way. What an embarrassment!

Never ordering here again. At 4pm, placed an order for 8pm delivery. Even put a 20% tip to ensure timely delivery. At 8:10pm, called for a status. Person on the phone unapologetically said order would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes late, with 4 hours notice and a good faith tip. Apathetic attitude about the late delivery. No thanks.

You guys should really post on your website that you don't allow walk ins. Your dude was working with this music at volume 100 I stood there waiting for quite some time until he finally noticed me. Several minutes later he turned down the volume for all of three seconds to ask me who I was there for, I said I would like to place an order and he said no walk-ins turned up the volume and turned his back on me. When making my dining decision in the future I will remember that Papa John's doesn't need or want my business

Ordered at 2pm for 6pm delivery. Arrived via DoorDash at 7:30pm. Would answer and hang up immediately. After calling multiple times, I finally got someone to answer and they immediately put me on hold and never returned.

Ordered three pizzas through Uber Eats. The delivery driver was only given two, and even asked about the third and Papa Johns insisted that the two pizza boxes contained the entire order. This wound up untrue and I had to request a refund of one of the items.
