I love Papa Murphys, I hadn't ordered in a few months and was surprised that the quality of the crust had gone downhill. It was like a premade cracker, instead of fresh dough. The toppings were great, though. Also, another favorite was the cookie dough, but this time, it was a smaller, more manufactured container for the same price. Service was excellent and very friendly, I was just sad that the quality of the food has gone down.

I’ve ordered a pizza every Tuesday for about 5 or so years now and just want to say, Haley is one of the Best employees I’ve seen! She is always paying attention to everything that is going on and takes the extra step. She remembers me every time I come in and is very friendly! When things aren’t going so well, mainly on Tuesdays, she consistently handles things in a very professional manner. That girl deserves top dollar!! My only complaint with this Papa Murphys location is the phone lines, way to often you can’t get through to someone. Love the pizza!!!

I was just in this Papa Murphy’s on a busy afternoon before Halloween. This staff was working so hard and they were being so kind. The man who was working clearly was the manager deserves an absolute applause, his attitude, professionalism, and Hardwork really showed. I hope he gets a pat on the back or something special for encouraging the staff to be positive and work hard in such a busy busy time with a lot of grumpy grumpy people. We will be back for sure. Keep up the good work and thank you guys for working so hard. !

Franchise owner would rather spend 20k on a personal firework show, drink and gamble than fix equipment, get rid of bug infestation, clean the store or maybe if he felt up to it, pay his employees a fair wage. Sayer the new general manager is on the line smelling like burnt plastic, working around underpaid teens. You’ll have a better experience getting a frozen pizza from the king Soopers next door. Do not contribute to this cycle. You are funding his Range Rover and designer dogs, not the wages of those making the food you take home to your family.
Terrible, terrible, awful place. To begin, nothing in the process of your food preparation here is up to required standards. The equipment is dirty, old, and not the best to begin with. The store itself is also dirty, old, and not maintained well at all. The process of food being prepared here is not only inadequate but often a health/safety hazard. Employee cleanliness is also a hazard here. Employees are on drugs or alcohol most of the time, including store management which is a position here where a person gets paid to do nothing except be intoxicated. If this store makes an error with an order, it's basically management's duty to make it everyone but the stores fault. But the owner of this store is to blame, who is completely soulless. He doesn't know what responsibility or safety are, and will only hire minor children who just became eligible to work in the US so that he can steal money from their paychecks without them noticing and assuming it's for taxes. This store should be investigated by the IRS and FDA.

Terrible service, Called to complain to Mgr about service and was hung up on, called back and asked for owners number was refused by "General Manager" and he was very rude and did not give me much help and seemed not to care about manager hanging up on me. This location is run by rude and immature kids. I cannot believe the owners do not care about this, never again will I go to this location or any other to which are owned by same people, you should be ashamed, they are going ruin your reputation and business.

We spent over $40 on dinner this evening. One particular item was a s'mores dessert My husband brought it home the marshmallows were completely missing. We live 20 minutes away.... (40 minutes round trip! We just drove! We weren't about to make another trip.) I called to advise that the marshmallows were missing off of our s'mores, I was advised that I could come back so marshmallows could be added. I told the lady on the phone that I was unable to travel back 20 minutes away and I would like a refund on the dessert. I was rudely told that there was no way that was getting a refund back. I was mocked and laughed at and hung up on. I called back to get owners information. I was then told they were unable to give out his information and was told I would get a call back as employee laughed while hanging up... This location is being ran by punks, the owner should be embarrassed.
