Great food, loved the noodle bowls but bummed about hidden costs. Drinks online are marked 4.50, but charged 7.50 each once I got to the store. There were added charges for ordering by phone and the online order link is broken.

I felt rushed while ordering over the phone. When I went to pick up order my bill was WAY more then expected. The website menus is underpriced by 2 or 3 times the actual cost of each item. I ordered a regular well-done beef brisket and shrimp pork spring roll. Total came out to 26$ for one person! I mentioned the price difference and the guy said it hasn't been updated. I paid and took my food only because I drove through a snow storm to get it. Otherwise I would of cancelled and left.

Only thing going for this place was decent broth (overpriced). Service was super lame, I felt like I was putting them out by showing up as a paying customer. There are plenty of places with better broth and lots of places with better service. If you want to feel like you are doing a disservice to a place of business by being a patron, this is your spot.It takes a lot for me to only give one star, the broth was their saving grace, I still wouldn’t go back though.

The pho was terrible. First, I ordered a rare steak pho and they gave me chicken. Second, it was disgusting. I am Vietnamese and have spent 30 years eating pho -- this was the worst I've ever had. I did not even know it was possible to make pho this bad. There is barely a beef taste to the broth and instead of herb-y aromatics, it tasted like someone dumped perfume in it. Even the beef was bad! I am personally embarrassed that anyone thinks this is what Vietnamese cuisine tastes like. I swear our food is so much better. Also the eggrolls were weird AF and did not come with the vermicelli noodles, pickled daikon and carrots, and lettuce that it usually comes with (and it was $10!!) Don't waste your money here. Even the pho place on Bowles is better than this.

I will not support this business until the animal cruelty is addressed. The fish tank in the restaurant is overcrowded and obviously filthy...poor fish, please clean the tank!!

Can’t believe the conditions this restaurant is comfortable letting live animals survive in. Letting a tank of 30+ fish get this bad is animal cruelty, and indicative of other health and safety concerns in this restaurant.

We ordered two medium chicken phos and a crab cheese wonton to go, and the bill came to $42! I asked the woman behind the counter and she said the prices on the website haven't been updated, but wow, that's some expensive pho. It was good but not worth that amount.

The lady who sat us was very abrupt (dropping menus on the table in a pile in front of us), not welcoming us, the waiter had a similar attitude... until it was time to pay. At that point, the lady was so "friendly". Don't think I'll be going back. <--- P.S. the shrimp tasted like they had soaked in water for quite a while.
