Obsessed! Bowls were delicious as per usual! The girl who took our order here is so kind and patient--speaking from our interaction with her and how she helped a little girl with her family behind us, who didn't know what the different bases were and the cashier took her time explaining each one to her and offering samples.

I got a text for the national cold brew day so I decided to get a Nutella bowl. There wifi wasn’t working which it’s fine I was still going to get the bowl. The lady that help me little chubby short hair and had a beanie on was telling her other co worker “that people come to get free stuff I can’t”. I actually love playa Bowls. I was going to the one all the way to alameda, starting coming here because it’s closer to my house. That being said I will rather drive to the one in Alameda if that’s how they talk behind customer back and your still at the lobby hearing the whole conversation

The blonde server, Rowan, was super friendly and gave great suggestions when I couldn’t decide. I miss the chia seed pudding bowls

The product is yummy but service is very slow. I have been in a few times and always seem to be in when someone is training meaning there is one person making bowls/smoothies and 2 others just training. I understand that it takes time to train but maybe jump in and help the line when the one person attending to customers is swamped. They don't balance online and in person well. I waited 10 mins to just have my order taken and another 15 to get my smoothies. If my husband wasn't recovering from surgery and asked for it I would have left

bowl tasted like olives. it was gross and when asked i asked for a different bowl they denied me.
Can't say enough about your delicious , healthy Bowls. Looking forward to my next visit. Just wish it was a bit more reasonably priced.
