Decided to get a late afternoon snack with my partner, came to qdoba and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Stormy recommended the nachos, they were filling and her preparation was efficient and quick. We would gladly come back because of her hospitality and kind demeanor.

I couldn’t tel if anyone worked there or it just random people can walk in and work behind the counter.The person taking my order was hard to communicate with and did not know the menu. The queso was empty and instead of using a new clean dish they just poured it onto the old quasiWhen I finally got to sit down and eat the food had absolutely no flavor. Not even salty, nothing.Here’s hoping no food poisoning tonight ?

The wait time was ridiculous & there was only one person in front of us the level of apathy & indifference towards the customer was appalling. The only reason I gave it a two star was because of the nice cashier. He should get a raise!!

The rice is hard and crunchy from sitting around so long. If I wasnt so hungry right now, Id throw it away. Hard old rice sticking in my teeth. Gross. I also had to go back because they forgot my chips.

When I went in tonight the manager was visibly verbally berating her staff and guilting them about there being a “line” of only a couple people. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be eating here again because of her behavior.
