Great tacos! Stopped in for breakfast tacos and they were mind blowing. We live in Castle Rock and will be back when nearby. Kudos to Mitchell, Pavel, Gerardo and Elena! We made a happy plate!

first, last time. front counter couldn’t make a suggestion other than read the menu. brisket was like rubber covered in tree bark. fish was drowned in salsa that didn’t complement the fish. I love tacos, from wahoos to torchy’s to authentic street tacos, and wish i had not tried this place

Just another mediocre place now. WAS such a good place to eat. However, like most places such as this, the quality eventually goes down. Last few times we ordered from here it was just ok. Today, was just bad. No flavor, no sauce, dry meat and each taco barely had any of its ingredients (just meat mostly) You can tell they just don't care anymore, clearly shows in the food. So inconsistent! Was such a great place at one time but lately not so much and just tired of waisting money in hopes that it will be "better" each time. I guess if you too, just don't care, then this is your place. For the rest of us, find somewhere else to eat.

I was pretty disappointed in my family's experience this past Sunday. My husband picked up food for the whole family for mother's day, and half of our orders were wrong. The food that we were able to eat had delicious flavor, but half of the tacos were supposed to be on corn instead of flour (gluten allergy), and onions were still on the brisket taco even though we requested them removed (because of another food intolerance). The brisket was also either in one large fatty chunk or burnt ends. I have former work experience in a Texas location of the same franchise, and the quality of service combined with the disregard for our order was a let down.

Meh…the space/ environment is cool. I like the feel of the place with music and big open areas. It wasn’t busy when I got here and it took about 3 minutes to get my 3 tacos, so that was awesome. The tacos however, we’re just ok. Served hot and fresh, but lacked real flavor in my opinion. I got the green Chile chicken, rusty taco and dynamite shrimp. The shrimp was really the only one with any flavor, and it was because of the sauce. I wouldn’t order any of these again. Would be nice to have lightly fried corn tortilla. The uncooked corn tortillas are a bit dry and boring. Maybe the other tacos are awesome, but this was my experience, and it was underwhelming.

We came here about 8 PM, so late, but not closing time. The salsa bottles were empty, the tables were all filthy, the staff was too busy talking to get our food (over half an hour wait), and then the food was cold. We took it home to reheat, and it was OK.

Normally I love this place for a quick bite and yummy food, today however I was sitting at my table and one of the employees was carrying an umbrella for outside by me and smacked me with it, didn't notice and continued walking. Then I watched an employee blow his nose, wipe it and then NOT wash his hands afterwards. He was standing right next to the sink. Disgusting. Do better Rusty Taco.

Increasing issues with this location. Showed up at 845pm, they close at 900pm. Yet they are out of chips and out of rice. Last time we were told the grill was shut down already. If you don’t offer a full menu up until time of closing, then change your hours. Haven’t been here in forever because of service and quality issues and am remembering why.

Walked in at 11 am on a Sunday, right when they open. The restaurant was filthy- dirty bathrooms- dirty floors, wanted to sit outside and the tables had not been wiped. Food was a 2 out of 5, flavorless all around. Given how easy it is to find good tacos around, we won't be back.

The tacos were delicious.But the tables, chairs and the cooler that kept the salsa was so dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped for awhile. It needs some deep cleaning.

It isn't fun to write this review. I really enjoy Rusty Taco, but every time I order ahead of time, I have to wait 15-20 minutes from what I was told. I try to schedule my order so that I can pick it up on my lunch break, but the inconsistency on quoted times has become a consistent frustration of mine. I would schedule an order differently if online it told me that it would take 30-45 minutes. But when it says 10 minutes every time, and I sit in the restaurant waiting for over 20 minutes...is making me not want to order anymore. Please adjust the quote times of online orders so people who leave their house to pick up food can plan appropriately. As a result, I will likely not be picking up Rusty Taco anytime soon. Edit: they only made my order after I went up to the kitchen and asked "Why is the gentleman who ordered 20 minutes after my food was quoted to be ready, who didn't order online, getting their food before me?" Very frustrating to order ahead, and then be skipped by a walk up customer while waiting for almost 30 minutes in the store.

I used to go to a Rusty Taco in Minneapolis a few years ago, just before it got acquired by Buffalo Wild Wings. It was the best back then! Came here the other day and I was extremely disappointed! The tortillas were not fresh, and the taco wasn't as good as I remembered. Also, it's not cheap, and the place doesn't even look very clean. The staff looked like they were very young, it didn't look like there was an adult in the store.

My husband and I just had an experience here that felt like the twighlight zone. I can’t think of a time Where we have had worse service. It started out with them shouting our names unnecessarily loud over the intercom even though we were the only ones in the store. The three high school aged boys that helped us forgot multiple parts of our order, and put cheese on our items when we requested none. I told them my husband had an allergy. I had to go up to the counter three times to get the right order and every time I came up they were standing talking and ignoring me. I had to ask them to correct our order three times and they acted so annoyed and put out and did not apologize what so ever. After I sat back down I see them looking at me and laughing and carrying on doing nothing. The positives were that our food was good and I also want to point out that the two individuals that were not high school aged boys were working hard the whole time while the boys just stood and talked. They both came up and personally apologized for their behavior and said they have had issues with them before. I don’t know if these kids are new, stoned or maybe just shouldn’t have been placed on a shift together, but we definitely won’t be back.

I hate doing this, but go to Taco Bell instead. This is the worst food I've ever had. Everything was cold and tasted old. It was also super salty, just terrible. I don't even think there's anything to salvage here.
