Waited at drive thru order board for several minutes and no greeting... drove to Window and asked if they were open, young lady was barely able to reply in the affirmative.. Language was such a barrier it took 5 minutes of mistaken items and false starts, but eventually I was sure she finally had it. She then tried to collect $47.90 for 1 burger, an order of tater tots and a chocolate shake. I asked her 3 times if she really wanted $47.90 for my order and she said yes every time. I then gave up and left. C'mon Sonic, this is just dumb to put someone at the Window without any English language ability. Drive thrus are for speed and convenience.

Unless you have 15-20 min to sit and wait i strongly recommend going elsewhere. Love Sonic, hate this location. They could definitely use some improvements when it comes to their employees aka “managers.” Placed an order ahead on the app as i always do because i know they can never get it out within a reasonable time. I did not tip via the app- never do, i like to cash tip once my order is rcvd to verify it’s correct. When our order came out the guy who brought us our order was very hostile and rude and BEFORE handing us our order made a comment about not tipping on the app. Little did he know i had cash in hand to give him once our order was handed over and confirmed right. When i called in to speak with a manager once we left he claimed he was the manager… i find that hard to believe as he was the car hopper. Just sayin. And he also hung up on me when i asked to speak with a real manager and one who was above him. Don’t waste your time.
Absolutely disgusting food, burnt onion rings, water down drinks, this location should be shutdown, period, and the staff don’t even care….

Stopped in for milk shakes. Lost the gal in the drive up ordering. Shut me off for 5-10 minutes on the intercom. Finally blew my horn. Told her I would like banana in my banana milkshake. Got to the window to get 2 milkshakes and they just sat there while she went off to do other things. Another close to 10 minutes before she returned all the whole time glancing looks at me but ignoring us. No banana in shake only flavoring. Had already thawed to where it was thin. Won't ever get my business again. Worst ever service. And there are too many other similar fast food places looking for business and treating you with some respect that deserve the business.

We went here at around 9:30 to get some shakes and we ordered two chocolate oreo master shakes. One medium and one small. No changes just as in on the menu. We didn't check before leaving and the shake was smooth and way too liquid to be ice cream. As we tried it it tasted just like whipped cream???? Maybe their sweet cream??? We have no idea but there's no ice cream in either shake.

If I could rate zero I would, this place is an absolute joke. They hire nothing but illegals, the manager is the only person who speaks any English at all, and she runs the register because no one else can. The owner is more focused on profits than providing a quality meal. If the police saw you holding the burger they sold me, you’d be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon because it was harder than a brick, and I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. This was my holiday dinner and I couldn’t believe what I saw when I got home, truly disappointing! I won’t be coming back ever again, this isn’t the first time they’ve screwed me over so this was the straw that broke the camel’s back!

I recall this Sonic being better in the past. My meal there the other evening, shortly after Christmas, was dreadful. The double cheeseburger tasted funny, the onion rings were shredded, the order taker was unintelligible over the speaker. I won’t be eating here again.

They were super busy but they got the food out so fast. No mistakes with the food and they were very nice. My only complaint would be the food wasn't very fresh and my husband's burger leaked out of his wrapper and spilled on his lapVegetarian options: There is a grilled cheese and you can ask for egg items without meat for lacto-ovo vegetarians
