Let's talk about how the manager of this specific location treats people just because the color of their skin . It's so unfortunate that we still have to experience racism and discrimination in 2024, yes believe it or not, it happens to me and my partner this morning as we stopped on our way to work to get some coffee. The manager was not nice and rude while taking my partners order . Then she walks away from The register calling us "Wet-backs" , not sure what her deal was but seriously.. it's 2024, Starbucks's! And we are in Colorado!!!!!!

Visited this location today, the barista was Kim. Service 1 star at best. She got upset when I ordered a drink and when she handed it to me was missing the chocolate syrup for the double chocolate chip frappe and when I asked her why she didn't put any she told me "that is NOT part of the standard receipe for the drink, and that imI should've asked if wanted it!" I stated I get this drink all the time and never once have I had to ask for cup lined with chocolate syrup as it is how it comes. She basically argued with me stating I was wrong and that it is an extra charge to have ANY chocolate syrup on this drink! She also charged me a lot extra for asking for one extra chips in it.I will never return to this location amdue to the bad customer service and quality of drinks given.

Please bring back the old management. I use to come here twice a day everyday. The new manager has been rude to me on multiple occasions. Today I called to get a traveler for my employees. She was so rude an obviously was irritated that I asked, she told me to go across the street for it. This on top of talking over me the entire time. This use to be my favorite place to get coffee in town. What happened? The customer service was the best for so many years!

Thank you to the amazing ladies at this Starbucks location. I'm a combat veteran from put of town and I usually have my favorite spots I got to for veterans day. I walked all around this area I don't know well and they were the first ones to take care of me on this special day. Means the world to this vet. Please visit this amazingly friendly staff it's totally worth your time.

They can randomly lock their doors in the middle of the day sometimes and only serve the drive thru. You may not be able to get a drink at their location sometimes if you don’t have a car…

Came in there for coffee like usual, I usually get this one amazing worker I didn’t catch her name but she wears a beanie she is absolutely the nicest barista I’ve met! 10/10Unfortunately I didn’t get a nice employee today, she was being really nice to the customer in front of me but once it was my turn to order her attitude completely changed towards me and was kind of rude. This is the closest Starbucks to me so I will still come but I hope I get a nice employee instead of this lady that I unfortunately got today…

It's really disappointing to have to write this review as I normally go out of my way to go to this Starbucks specifically. There is at least one barista I see almost every time, who is happy to see me and always gets my order right, she sometimes wears beanies and is an absolute doll to work with and manages to make my day better; I give her 5/5 stars. But today was different and it was a bad enough experience for me to write this. Suzy was not friendly at all. She was far more concentrated on training the new employee than she was getting my order right and providing good customer service. She made my drink and handed it to me, I removed the lid and asked her to add addt'l caramel drizzle to the top, which is what I had asked for and didn't receive. She told me she couldn't take my drink back and proceeded to give me an espresso cup full of caramel for me to add myself... I didn't come to make my own drink... and if my order was wrong and you were unwilling to add addt'l caramel drizzle after I had removed the lid (she wouldn't have had to touch the cup at all) she should have offered to remake my drink correctly. Not embarrassingly sending me off with a cup full of caramel that I didn't even end up using. My drink was bland, didn't have enough chai and was a majority milk.
