There was a time when Starbucks was KNOWN FOR a great atmosphere and great customer service. I can’t visit this store without feeling like the employees are trying to force you not to use the lobby. Why have a lobby if you don’t want consumers to use it? I will sit at a table with noise cancelling headphones in and my music UP and still can hear their music. You can barely have a coffee date conversation, you cannot relax and read a book. The entire atmosphere of this coffee shop feels unwelcoming and impossible to focus in. It’s disappointing how little the store cares about their consumers. It’s not even worth the convenience I would rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes to visit Atlas Coffee. A shop with a true coffee shop atmosphere and environment.

This one is one of a kind. I've never been to a Starbucks where the drive thru wait is ALWAYS AT LEASR 20 MINS. And don't think about going in to make an order to another human, they accept on mobile orders inside. The number of people they turned business away because they only do mobile orders is ridiculous. Not a welcoming store at all.

The drive thru is always very slow. You can tell the staff are working hard. Most of the time you need to plan on having 15 extra minutes just to go thru the drive

I frequent here and the service is horrible. Any of the female staff will ignore you. It’s crazy. I order 20 min before for pick up and I have to wait another 10 minutes after I arrive. Today was the second time they gaslighted me about my drink having the wrong ingredients. And the only person that would even look at me was the man working the drive through. The manager, middle age woman at 7:30 am today wouldn’t even acknowledge me and would not make eye contact. So ridiculous.The location on green mtn is a million times better customer service. I’ve called customer service once and they literally did nothing. It’s such a shame that people put up with this poor service at this locale. See the above reviews. Get new staff asap!!!

The drive through experience was short of awful it was pitiful to say the lease as we ordered our drink we specified that we wanted both drinks to be "blended" the young girl at the drive though window did not know that "blended" was the same as making a "Frappuccino” extremely disappointed to say the lease.

For a Friday morning rush, coffee drink came out quickly. The coffee cake on the other hand, took over 10 minutes. Completely understand they were busy with breakfast sandwiches but there needs to be a better system in place to get out pastry items faster. They were going in order of how it was ordered but maybe look a head at other tickets to see if that would help get them out of the trenches. Plus prices seem to be going up every time we order there. Getting too expensive.

Don't bother going. Half the time it's closed at 3 in the afternoon and you need to go to another one anyway. Save yourself some time and go to a different one.

This place is so great. Even though they’re busy and having some issues you can tell the team work well together and are always willing to help you and be kind. I’m however really disappointed in all the other customers here. Majority of them are rude and seem very uptight and privileged. Witnessed a crazy guy in the store today yelling at everyone. So much so someone called the cops. These people bust their butts all the time and I’m just happy some of these friendly faces haven’t quit yet. Thank you all for handling the craziness.

The cheese Danish was dried out. The drinks were mediocre especially considering the price. Service was okay considering two of the coffees were quite as expected. This has been my experience at several stores, consequently I don't patronize Starbucks unless someone else is buying.
