Always order a mocha with half the pumps of chocolate. Would be nice to get a discount bc I'm not using all the product. Even a quarter would feel appreciated.

They added hazelnut, not vanilla. Didn't have time to leave the drive thru and go in to have it

I visited on my birthday but did not see the typical offer for a free item in my account. Alex was extremely helpful in getting my account credited. Service was very quick as usual for this location.Vegetarian options: Good menu veggie options for fast food or grab and go.Dietary restrictions: Some vegan and many vegetarian options standard on the menu.Parking: Couple to three dozen parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly menu items and your typical hike of the day at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Big doors and plenty of space to maneuver inside.

I hadn't been to Starbucks in awhile, since it started to become more of a coffee-flavored ice cream float store. I was reminded why I abandoned it. I waited more than 20 mins for a simple, though fantastically-expensive black coffee, and ultimately, because it never arrived, had to go back up to the counter to demand it be poured and handed to me directly. The environment was cacophonous, with a lot of banging, clanging, and names being shouted by the baristas, who seemed stressed, impatient, and overworked. Drinks were coming out in seemingly random order, with some members of parties getting their drinks immediately, and others having to wait, often ten minutes or more. The baristas appeared to be making a lot of mistakes, so there was a queue of people waiting to have their drinks fixed. It was difficult to relax among the crowded tables. Mine was jammed up against a trash can, and the flies and smell soon became overwhelming. The coffee itself was kind of mediocre....over-roasted, astringent, and tinged with the bitter aftertaste of breakdown products of beans that have been stored in the open too long after roasting, or of coffee that has been sitting too long on a hot plate. I can brew better with nice beans and a French press at home. I am not sure it is worth the time to return to use what is left on the gift card.

The crew tonight is reminiscent of the days when Starbucks was synonymous with customer service - very few left in Denver, unfortunately. This location seems to be preserving the dedication that made the chain great.

So sad that you walk in for a cup of coffee after a long day ,then you walk in and people taking up all the sits and not drinking coffee, but working on there computers.

Very nice girls working there but the food portions were smaller than normal so I guess corporate is making some changes.

So difficult when the drive thru person's friends stop by and they chat for a long time. I come on my lunch break that gets sucked up by how slow the line goes and now I know why! Today, the drive thru chick felt the need to converse for about 10 minutes with her friends while the entire drive thru was full. If you want better tips, perhaps you should provide better service.

Typical newer large style outer suburban Starbucks model. More space. Fresh. Good service but not "over the top". Clean and in good shape.

I like this starbucks as it's easily accessible from the trails. There is a lot of space, so even when crowded, there is still a nice atmosphere. Also, you can have views on the front range.
