I ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte w/ Oatmilk. I got my drink and it didn’t have Oatmilk so I politely asked them to remake it because I have a severe allergy to dairy. The lady who was working (who had a name tag starting with the letter M) was rude and said they didn’t charge me for Oatmilk, made it seem like it was my fault. She dumped the chai into the sink and reused the cup that had dairy in it. :| Very bad service, atmosphere, and I didn’t even get to enjoy my drink. 6 dollars wasted o something I can’t enjoy. :)

Firstly, I'm not a Starbucks fan. Coffee usually taste burnt and overpriced, but I had a gift card, so I took the family for an old favorite. This location is very nice! Fireplace, new and comfortable spaces to chat and work. Staff was really friendly and helpful, so this was a good experience. If you like Starbucks, this is a good one.

Dawn had a major attitude when I asked for some water a bit ago. I asked for a large water, which I had gotten yesterday with no problem. She said with an attitude that they have a "cup shortage" and that I can only get one size. She then waved me off and told me to go wait on the other side of the store. She has also made it seem as if I had cut in front of the man behind me in line when he had actually let me go ahead of him because he was still deciding. There was a long wait for my water even though I was one of the first people in the store. Awful service.
