See , it's not always bad. When it's good I do recognize. Came here today because I had a gift card. Every employee in the store was cheerful and energetic. Coleen (I'm sorry if that's wrong Reg1 store239) was especially engaging, very funny and successfully up-saled me when I wasn't totally sure I wanted a coffee as well. Overall pleasant experience. I didn't give 5 stars because it was especially untidy. But everything else was a treat. Thank you.

This morning, Monday 3/6/2023 a pistachio latte with a mozzarella sandwich and a bottle of water was ordered from this shop. Upon leaving, I found the latte just milk and foam without any presence of coffee, pistachios, or even sugar. When I returned in the evening, I found the shop closed. It was a bad experience.My day was ruined

First lady at the register was super friendly. But never in all the years of going to Starbucks have I been given a hard time for not getting a pastry. The older lady working this morning came off as extremely rude once I told her I didn't need anything from the case. Then continued to make it uncomfortable while i walked out of this store.

Worst service I ever received at a Starbucks. Pudgy girl keeps me waiting while she describes to a previous customer how she broke up with her boyfriend & he's left her with the rent & she's never been on her own before. When I leave without being served and say, "Thanks anyway" she responds with a chipper "See ya!" I don't think so.

Idk the name of the manager/workers but they were excellent. Kept a very clean store. Very friendly and obviously had a good relationship with a few different regulars. They crushed it tonight
