This location works its employees to death (literally; the last manager from a couple years ago was on oxygen and still often working open to close, and then LITERALLY DIED IN HIS 30's). Current staff seem similarly burnt out - everyone looks a decade older than their actual age. And the cookies are stale.Ownership SHOULD increase pay and improve working conditions, but given this impression, they're more likely to just reprimand or punish their already spent employees.I'm packing my own lunch from now on. Cheaper and more ethical.

As with most places that hire minimum wage employees with no restaurant experience and no management or training. You get what you get. The workers are trying their best but not enough employees to keep up with the rush. Also the drinking fountain and stuff around the store are sticky and dirty. As a chef my first order of business would be cleanliness, and then training, and then staffing appropriately. However a place like this doesn’t hire people with kitchen experience. If you guys want to hire me as management I can for sure help.

This place is just Nasty....just like the owner.....and GM.....they take advantage of high school workers.They date under age girls.The veggies are always old soggy and nasty.The owner boasts that he is MS-13 from California.

I've gone there plenty of times, they always get my order right, staff is always quite friendly. I've been to some other kind of run-down subways before, where the staff seem out of it, but I've always had good experiences at this particular subway.

We have been going to this particular spot for a year and love getting our sandwiches here, they’re really fast.Also it seems there under new management recently or let go of some bad employees not sure, but the service was great and everything was fresh!

Not a good look when your employee appears to be stoned out of their mind and takes more than 10 minutes to make a single sandwich. Customers were walking out the door abandoning their orders and I even canceled the delivery order I waited on for over 15 minutes with no progress.This dude was obviously over it as well.

Don't go here. I worked here for less than 3 months and the owner Curtis, and the DM Kyle do not know how to run a business nor do they care about the customers/employees that go through their store. Go to any other subway except for this one, coalmine and pierce, or bellview and Kipling. You will have a better experience anywhere else I promise you that
